Supply and fixing at site angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete ( Angle size 65x65x6mm).

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge, made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm.

Fencing with G.I. barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum) with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, fixed between the two MS iron angle posts fitted and fixed with G.I staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of red oxide primer of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade for Angle iron Post.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-II (LT LED SECURITY/STREET LIGHT)

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of factory made distribution feeder pillar board compartment type for street light, floor mounted , totally enclosed cubical type, fabricated from CRCA mild steel sheet not less than 3.5mm thick dust and vermin proof and shall be suitable for operation on 440V, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles with 100 amp capacity copper bus bar four strips 60x6mm thick, coated with conventional colour code and two coats with separate sheet metal enclosure , including wiring with copper conductor and powder coated internally and externally all complete, mounted on angle iron frame made of 60x60x6mm thick embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type –B1, 0.50 below ground level and 0.60m above ground level as directed by E-I Charge and comprising following components :- (i) MCCB 4 Pole 100 Amp – 01 No ( Main Incoming) (ii) Contactor 40 Amp 4 pole – 01 No (iii) Auto timer set for 7 days – 01 No (iv) Volt meter 0 to 500 Volt complete with selector switch – 01 No( for incoming) (v) Amp meter 0 to 500 Amp with suitable ratio CTs – 03 No ( for out going incl complete with copper wire ( one each phase) and selector switch – 01 No.

Earthing of machinery/equipment installed at power house /substation using 32x6mm galvanized MS strip and MS galvanized plate of size 600x600mmx6mm as earth electrode.

Earthing for poles and other machinery/equipment using 4mm GI wire as earthing lead and MS galvanized plate of size 600x600mmx6mm as earth electrode.

Supply and fixing LED street / Security light 35/36 Watt, IP65.

Supply and fixing LED street / Security light 70/75 Watt, IP65.

Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged pole type – 410SP-31 ( 9m long) complete with CI base plate and final and double swan neck , including foundation and coping.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE cable, insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty), 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 16 qmm 4 core .

Supply and fixing industrial wall mounted plug socket at suitable for IP44 degree of protection 16 amp, rating 2P+E.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-III (FOOT PATH/FLOORING)

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kind of soil.

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in all kind of soil.

Supplying and stacking at site 53 mm to 22.4 mm size stone aggregate.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc complete.
