SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I (TOWER TYPE SENTRY POST)

Construction of double story sentry post of RCC frame structure with M-20 Grade concrete of Mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with 250x250mm RCC column upto roof level, plinth beam, lintel bend, RCC slab, shelves, floor beam, roof beam etc to be provided as per drawing, 230 mm thick brick wall with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), Angle iron roof truss as specified in drawing, 0.50 mm thick pre-coated galvanised iron profile sheets in roofing fixed with J Hook, 40x6mm thick flat iron wind tie, 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 flooring with smooth finish with floating coat of neat cement over 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 over 100 mm thick hardcore to be provided, plinth protection, 6 mm thick A C plain sheet ceiling fixed on wooden frame, 200x20 mm thick eaves board etc complete all as per drawing and specification as shown in Drg No. HQ 28 SECTOR/ENGR/108/2018 sheet No. 1/2 to 2/2.
