Repairing to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.50sqm and under, including cutting the patches in proper shape, racking out joint and preparing and plastering the surface of wall in cm 1:4 (with coarse sand) including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground witin 50 mtr lead.

Dismantling of tile work in floor laid in cement mortar including stacking the material within 50 mtr lead.

Providing and laying rectified ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300mm (thick ness to be specified by the manufacture) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make ,in all colours ,shades, except white lvory, grey, fume red, brown, laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg/Sqm including pointing the joint with white cement and matching pigments etc complete. (Make: Kajaria/ Somany/ Orient Bell /Cera/ Johnson/ Vermora or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:15622mortar (thick ness to be specified by the manufacture), of approved make ,in all colours ,shades, except white lvory, grey, fume red, brown of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg/Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with matching pigments shade complete. (Make: Kajaria/ Somany/ Orient Bell /Cera/ Johnson/ Vermora or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Providing and fixing stone slab with table rubbed, edges rounded and polished,1.8cm thick on cooking plate form by cutting a chase of appropriate with chase cutter and embedding the stone slab in the chase with cement concrete 1:2:4 as directed. Granite Stone of approved shade.

Providing and fixing 100mm sand cast iron/ PVC granting for gully trap/floor trap

Providing & fixing 3 layers PPR pipe concealed work including all PPR plain & brasses threaded polypropylene random fitting incl fixing the pipe with clapms at 1.00 m spacing, including cutting and making good the wall etc. 16 mm OD

Providing & fixing water closet squatting pan white victreous china orissa pattern (IWC) pan with 100 mm sand cast iron p or S reap, 10 ltr cap low level flushing cistern (PVC) including flushing pipe, with manually controlled device, with all fittings and fixtures complete ( Size 580x440mm with integral type foot rests). (Make: Cera/ jaguar/ Prayag/ Hindware/ Parryware or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Distempering one or more coat on old work with first quality acrylic distemper having VOC contact less than 50sqm per ltr of approved manufacture and reqd shade and colour after removing of existing distempering and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surfaces smooth incl necy repairs to scratches etc complete. (Make: Asian Paint/ Nerolac/ Dulux/ Berger Paint or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Finishing wall with two or more coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on new surfaces incl priming coat after preparation. (Make: Asian Paint/ Nerolac/ Dulux/ Berger Paint or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters ( steel, wood and PVC) including stacking within 50 mtr lead. Of area 3 Sqm and below.

24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm with nbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanized/plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanized M.S tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm wall thickness. The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of sige 100x24mm and 2 mm wall thickness, fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/galvanizzed M.S.'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm , having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanized M.S rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacture's specification and direction of EIC.

Providing & fixing panelled shutters 35 mm thk using kiln seasoned & chemically treated hollock wood for doors including panelling and fixing with butt hinges of reqd size.

Providing & fixing fly proof shutters 35 mm thk using kiln seasoned & chemically treated hollock wood for doors including fly proof stainless steel of 1.4mm aperture with matching wooden beading and fixing with butt hinges of reqd size.

Rewiring for light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/call bell point with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cabal as earth wire in existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit including dismantling as required. Supplying and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amp piano type socket on the existing switch box/cover including connections etc as reqd. (Make: Anchor/ Havells/ Legrand/ L&T/ Polycab or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Supplying and fixing 6 pin 15/16 amp piano type socket on the existing switch box/cover including connections etc as reqd. (Make: Anchor/ Havells/ Legrand/ L&T/ Polycab or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Supplying and fixing 5/6 amp piano type switch on the existing switch box/cover including connections etc as reqd. (Make: Anchor/ Havells/ Legrand/ L&T/ Polycab or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Supplying and fixing 15 / 16 amp piano type switch on the existing switch box/cover including connections etc as reqd. (Make: Anchor/ Havells/ Legrand/ L&T/ Polycab or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Supply and drawing 2x4 Sqmm sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/PV conduit as required. (Make: Anchor/ Havells/ Legrand/ L&T/ Polycab or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting/ compact fluorescent fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube/lamp etc. directly on ceiling /wall, including connection with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor , single core cable and earthling etc as required. (Compact fluorescent/ LED Fittings shall be supply by Dept free of Cost)

Supplying and fixing 40 Amp four pole 415 V Isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections , testing and commissioning etc as required.. (Make: Anchor/ Havells/ Legrand/ L&T/ Polycab or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Supplying and fixing 4 way double door TPN MCB Distribution boards 240v on surface/recess complete with tinned copper busbar neutaral busbar, earth bar,din bar, hinged front acrylic cover for the MCB Knobs detachable gland plate, interconnections, phosphatized and powder painted incl earthing but without MCB/RCCB/Isolator.. (Make: Anchor/ Havells/ Legrand/ L&T/ Polycab or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Earthing with copper earth plate 600x600x3 MM thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.70 Mtr long etc. With charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fiber matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40.Litre/Sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25 degree C, 0.87-0.89 kg/Ltr and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete.The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 350/300 N/5 CM. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C. Cold flexibility shall be up to-2 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D-5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorized applicator of the manufacturer of membrane 3 mm thick. and i/c the cost of cleaning of surface for the preparation of roof treatment by plastering with cement mortar 1:4 mix to maintain the required slope and make smooth surface etc and disconnecting overhead/terrace PVC water storage tank/ solar water heater of any size from water supply line and removing from the terrace including shifting at ground level as per direction of Engineer-in-charge incl the cost of re-installation of the same storage tank all complete.
