SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I

GI Bed with Hand Top (Drg No FD/MAP-II/01) (a) The overall size shall be of 1980mm x 900mm x 440mm. The frame work shall be made of CRCA box sections as sunder :- (i) Long rails – 25mm x 65mm box section of 16 gauge (ii) Short rail – 25mm x 65mm box section of 16 gauge (iii) Legs – 32mm x 32mm box section of 16 gauge. (iv) Stiffeners for legs – 4 Nos, each of 25mm x 25mm box section of 16G thick. (v) Stiffener between long rails – 2 Nos, each of 16G thick. (b) Top shall be 12mm thick 7 ply commercial Grade BWR water proof plywood conforming to IS-303. MS plate of size 32mm x 32mm x 5mm shall be welded under each leg and under the MS plate 3mm thick rubber sheet shall be fixed with rubber based adhesive. Three No cleats of size 25mm x 60mm x 6mm shall be welded to each short rail to support the ply. All metal work shall be pre-treated with epoxy polyester powder coating (Black) 70 microns by 7 tank process and oven dried with the following specifications: (i) Dry film thickness more than 45 microns (ii) Salt spray test to with stand more than 1000hrs (iii) Adhesion as per DIN 53152 standards. (iv) Pencil scratch hardness more than 2H. (v) Rest all as specified and as per drawings.

Table Dressing (Drg No FD/MAP-II/07 Sheet No 1/2 & 2/2) All wood work shall be of well-seasoned 1st class hard wood (MP Teak). Backing of mirror shall be 12mm thick BWR phenol bonded ply commercial veneered. Looking mirror shall be 5 mm thickness, electro copper plated and of make Atul/ Goldfish/ Kohinoor Saint Gobain/ Modi Guard of 1st quality. The base & back of mirror shall be 6mm thick plywood BWR grade as per IS-303. All wooden surfaces shall be wrought and finished smooth with sand paper. Teak wood moulding around mirror shall be fine finished/ smoothly ground to fine finish. Other sides shall be 18mm thick pre laminated MDF board conforming to grade-I type –II (PLMDF-12 Designation) as per IS-14587:1998 (Re-affirmed 2003). The pre-laminated MDF board shall conform to the specific requirements given for “ECO-MARK” under relevant clauses of the standard. All wood surfaces will be French polished to glossy finish. Front of drawer shall be of 18mm thick pre-laminated MDF board. Sides & back of drawer shall be of 12mm thick pre laminated MDF board and bottom of drawer shall be 6mm thick plywood BWR phenol bonded. Sides of stool shall be of 18mm thick pre laminated MDF board. The drawers shall run on powder coated telescopic channels of 1.6mm thick. Bottom of stool shall be 6mm thick plywood BWR phenol bonded commercial type. Top of stool shall be open-able made of 12mm thick plywood BWR commercial type. The removable seat shall be made out of 75mm thick polyurethane foam with of density 40 kg/m3 covered with complete leather tapestry of cost Rs 400/- per RM with 48 inch wide. The stool shall be supported on 50mm dia PVC heavy duty twin caster wheels of approved make. Irrespective of whatever shown on drawings, the whole unit shall be supplied in loose ISI marked and water proof plywood shall be supplied/ used in the furniture work wherever mentioned in drawings. Rest shall be as shown on drawing.
