Distempering with oil bound washable distemper approved brand and manufacturer to given an even shad in Old work (one or more coats) incl preparation of old surface by removing old paint by scrapping, sand papering incl necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all height including providing & fixing of framework made of special section, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanised with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleat of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm, at 1200mm c/c, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25 x10 x0.50mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I chanels 45 x15 x 0.90mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm c/c, to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thickbottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5mm, at 450mm c/c, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I intermediate channel with connecting clip made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long G.I wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.50mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/ partitions with the help of Rawl plugs at 450mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230mm interval, including fixing of Calcium Silicate Board to ceiling section and perimeter channels with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x25mm at 230mm c/c, including jointing & finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compounds, jointing tapes,finishing with jointing compounds in three layers covering up to 150mm on both sides of joints and two coats of primer suitable for boards, all as per manufacture's specification and also including the cost of making opening for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specificaton and direction of the Engineer in charge but excluding the cost of painting with: 8 mm thick Calcium Silicate Board made with Calcareous & Siliceous materials reinforced with cellulose fiber manufactured through autoclaving process.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats)

Providing and finishing with two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 Sqm over existing cement paint surface Premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer , over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm (Kajaria/Orientbell/Somany/Jhonson)

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.Size of Tile 600x600 mm sqm

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 m lead as per direction of E- In - C of nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Providing and making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone aggr 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - II (Re-wiring)

Rewiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 sq.mm. FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface/ recessed steel conduit including dismantling as required (Group B) .

Supply and fixing stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5/6 amps modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 15/16 amps modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supply and fixing 3 pin, 5 amp ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connection etc as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required Upto 450 mm sweep.

S/F of Ceiling panel lights 2x2 ft, 45 Watts on existing ceiling surface, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc (make: Havells/Philips/Bajaj)
