Supply of Unidirectional Elevated High Intensity LED Threshold Light Fitting with prefocused LED Module/LED Modules upto 45W suitable for series circuit 2.8A to 6.6 A current. colours should be emitted from the LEDs. Brilliancy shall change on all steps as per current provided by CCR and the intensity ratio on all steps shall be as per FAA standard. Fitting shall be provided with front glass before the LED module for main beam. The light fitting should have provision for vertical beam adjustment from 0° to 25° with measuring scale and horizontal beam adjustment at each side from 0° to 20° with measuring scale. Fixture should be supplied with breakable coupling, gaskets, two pin secondary lead plug suitable for connection with isolating transformer, base plate with 6 nos. M-10 stainless steel bolts, spring & plain washers and other accessories etc as per Technical Specifications. Fixture should meet latest ICAO/FAA Compliance requirement.

Supply of cast iron collar made out of water tight round type metal container of outside size 330 mm height 100 mm, 10 mm thick all round except in the top & bottom surface which is 15 mm thick CI moulding having a clear hole centre at one side surface centre 25mm above the bottom surface suitable to receive one no. 25 mm dia GI pipe and suitable to recieve a light base plate on Top, a clear opening of 220 mm dia, at the top and bottom and having 6 nos. Supply of Indoor Type Air Cooled Constant Current Regulator (CCR) of Micro Processor Controlled, Thyristor Type suitable for operation on single phase 230V / 2-phase 400V AC + PE ± 10%, 50 Hz input AC supply with 5 steps variation of current output (2.8, 3.4, 4.0, 5.2 and 6.6 Amp) and able to communicate with PC or PLC controlled system with digital output anmeter (0-10 Amps), over current, over voltage, open circuit and earth fault protection and earth leakage meter, two stage earth leakage detector, positive back indication equipments, hours run counter, LCD display complete as required for the following rating and confirm to specifications enclosed and suitable for operation on the existing Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) with communication, local and remote control and monitoring even and data recording and history keeping etc complete as required as per Technical Specifications.

Supply, Installation Testing & Commissioning of each set of Elevated Type Uni Directional Runway Guard Light Fixture Configuration A Consisting of 1 pair of yellow lights together flashing with upto 65 Watts LED lamp of series circuit 2.8 - 6.6 amps current, Yellow glass, ICAO/ FAA compliance, 1 x 2-pole secondary plug, including frangible collar, stand and with all standard accessories and ready for site installation as required including CI Box, base plate, Secondary cable, Connectors, Isolation Transformer, i/c supply & laying primary cable 5kV 6sqmm in 40 mm HPDE pipe in ground upto 20 m and connection from existing transformer housing box i/c foundations as per Technical Specifications.

Supply of secondary lead cable of size 2 x 4 Sq.mm. PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor airfield lighting cable of 5KV grade confirming to IS 1554 part II with up to date ammendments as required of following length along with 5 KV grade plug and receptacles of type I class 'B' moulded plug at one end and receptacles at the other end etc complete as required as per Technical Specifications.

Installation of CI collar i/c core cutting at cement/ asphaltic area for 300 mm dia CI collar, with a base concrete of 1:3:6 400 mm dia 50 mm thick, all around concrete of 1:2:4 50 mm thick, the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement including providing & fixing B-class 25 mm dia GI pipe with check nuts, kerf cutting for laying secondary lead from main existing Transformer Housing box, 25mm dia hole cutting on one side of existing Transformer housing box complete as required as per Technical Specifications.

Installations of 300 mm dia. Shallow can by jig complying to ICAO/DGCA CAR requirement, providing quick setting grouts like nitomortar-S at bottom and dobefil on sides, arranging water & DG power supply, cleaning, disposing debris up to 2 KM away etc. complete as required in the existing excavated cement/ asphaltic area including installation, testing and commissioning of inset fittings, connections with isolating transformers, earthing connections, fittings and fixing numbering and meggering etc. complete as required as per Technical Specifications.

Installation Testing & Commissioning of CCR i/c interconnection of existing power cable and control cable within 50m lead & making foundation, for operating with the existing Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) complete as required as per Technical Specifications.

Earthing with GI Earth pipe 4.5m long, 40mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.
