Supplying and installing precast RCC members and elements of M-30 grade beams, columns, panels etc for compound wall, in accordance with enclosed drawing provided for reference only, and as per the approved list of makes provided or equivalent at the discretion of Engineer Incharge. The panels should feature a tongue-and-groove fitting system for seamless assembly. The placement and fixing of precast RCC column cum wall panel will be done by using crane of suitable capacity duly accomodating the reinforcement bars projecting from pile/ footing through column hole, which will be grouted subscquently with in situ concrete. The rate includes all labour, materials and T and P required for the work. The detail design and make as approved by the Engineer Incharge. All work to be carried out in accordance with approved drawings or as directed by the Engineer's instructions. (125mm thickness of panel) Note: (1) Rates include concrete, formwork/molds/polythene sheets for precast members, casting, transportation, loading, unloading, stacking, erection in the specified positions, and the use of expansion joints with perforated filler boards, among other necessary components, ensuring completion. Providing, fabricating and erecting at site of work the tubular steel structure as per standard design and specifications having various spans in between trusses and in multiples of standard length of bays as specified as per standard specifications, inclusive of cost of steel tubular trusses, tubular columns purlins, tie runners, foundation bolts , base plates, nuts and bolts, welding wherever required etc. as per detailed drawing inclusive of one coat of anticorrosive paint and two coats of oil painting of approved quality and shade etc. complete.
