For Stone/rubble masonary:-The substrate should be cured, dry and free from voids. For substances with oil, grease ,fungal growth etc. clean and dry the surface thoroughly before application. Preparation of aqueous solution, The base concentrated solution should be diluted to 10 times by addition of water (For example 100 ml conc. Solution is diluted to 1000 ml by adding 900 ml of water). Now this aqueous is to be applied by brush or sprayed till saturation. On vertical surfaces apply solution from bottom to top to eliminate drip marks. For doing any screening / plastering /tiles / paint work on the treated surface , 1 part of Acrylic bonding agent must be added to 10 part solution .Remove all surface laitance and contamination free from loose aggregate or other sharp protrusions with fairly smooth finish by wire brush and grinding method and surface shall be DRY for application. applying three coats of transparent water diluted nanosealing material DFT of 0.2mm of engineer aprooved make. 2-4 hrs of dry time between coats. 1). Viscosity: 5 cps. 2). Flexural Strength (ASTM D-790): 1 day - 17.2 MPa. 3). Bond Strength (ASTM C-882): 2 days - 14.4 MPa (Dry Cure); 14 days - 15.8 MPa (Moist cure). 4). Volume Solids %: ~100 It shall be applied as per manufacturer’s specification. Viscosity @ 25 °C:-12 – 16 sec Sp. Gravity (gm/ cm3 ) :0.95 ± 0.01 Flash Point :25°C Solubility (in Water): Easily Soluble pH:4 -- 6

Checking surface for any loose material by Tancha and hammer, removing existing loose plaster, Providing cement sand plaster of 20 mm thick in ready to use cement mortar of 1:4 to concrete, brick, stone masonary surfaces, providing grooves at joint of concrete members.

Providing Water proofing treatment by applying first coat of polymer modified semi-viscous paste prepared by mixing polymer of approved make and Cement in 1 : 2 proportion ( 1 litre polymer : 2 Kg. Cement) to a neatly cleaned and dust free concrete surface and upto 300 mm. over parapet wall prepared by removing loose and deposited material with brush and water, laying glass fibre mesh of 10 x 10 specification of approved make over tacky surface of first coat of polymer followed by second coat in transverse direction, sprinkling coarse sand over it, followed by protective mechanical cover water proof plaster 20 mm thick after sufficient curing apply IPS 40 mm to 75 mm. thick cement concrete of 1:2:3 proportion using coarse aggregate of 10 MSA and water proofing compound of approved make and polypropylene fibres @ 125 gm per bag of cement making groovr 3 to 4 mm wide & 10 mm deep in concrete, in pannels of 3m/4m or as per site condition & filling the joints with poly sulphide sealant after curing including providing holler with drip moulds at the junction and finishing the concrete surface with neat cement slurry, as directed and ponding the surface as directed etc.complete .Providing and applying Elastomeric, Anti carbonation, Anti corrosive, UV resistant, Solvent based Pure Aliphatic Acrylate System- MONOPOL 456 on the exterior faces of Buildings Protection against ION penetration, carbonation,UV radiations and wethering effect conforming to ASTM D 4541-02 having Electrochemical impedance of 107 Ω and achieving dry film thickness of minimum 200 microns in a primer coat followed by two top coats using brush or spray after complete cleaning & removal of oil, grease or loose particles from the surface etc. complete.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. Rain water pipes of 160mm outer diameter and having wall thickness of 2.2 to 2.7 mm confiRmting to I.S. 13592-1992 including proper rainwater receiving recess with P.V.C. plug, bend, necessary fittings, such as, offsets, shoes, inluding fixing the pipe on wall using approved wooden cleats projecting 25mm to 40mm from face of wall a fixing with clips of approved quality and No ,filing the joint using rubber gasket with solvent cement and properly resting the shoe of pipes on C.C. or masonry blocks, including necessary scaffolding and maintenance for 3 yrs for any leakages or dislocations of pipes. All the P.V.C. fittings and additional 2 piece socket clips shall be got approved from engineer in charge etc. complete.

Removing/Dismantling existing tiles by tancha and hammer upto existing waterproofing layer.

Providing and laying Vitrified finish antiskid tile having size 600 millimeter x 600 millimeter of 8 to 10 millimeter thickness (on a existing flooring) with bonding chemical and confirming to IS 15622-2006 (Group Bla) of approved make shade for toilet flooring in required position laid on a bed of bonding chemical filling joints curing and cleaning etc .complete. for toilet flooring.

Providing and laying Vitrified dado having size 1200 millimeter x 600 millimeter of 8 to 10 millimeter thickness (on a existing flooring) with bonding chemical and confirming to IS 15622-2006 (Group Bla) of approved make shade for toilet flooring in required position laid on a bed of bonding chemical filling joints curing and cleaning etc .complete. on toilet wall.

Providing and laying in position flooring of telephone black / Amba White / Cat bary brown / Ruby red / Ocean Brown granite stone of approved shade and size 18 mm to 20 mm thick on bed 1:6 cement mortar including cement floats striking joints, pointing in C.M. 1:3 curing and cleaning etc. complete. for urinal partition.

Providing and fixing European type wall-hung white water closet of approved make with push valve concealed type with cover plate 32mm size of approved make including soil pipe, vent pipe up to outside face of wall ,100mm dia. G.I. plug bend inlet pipe all fittings, cuttingand making good walls, floors etc. complete.

Providing corrugated PVC sheet fitting and all required accessories like brackets, clips, screw, nails etcabove window of 3MM make or equivalent as directed by site engineer.

Dismantling brick masonry in lime or cement mortar and stacking the materils as directed with all leads, lifts etc.

Excavating earth for providing plinth protection upto 0.5m depth in hard murum including removing the excavated material upto distance of 50 metres beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete. (Lift upto 1.50 m) By Manual Means.

Providing soling using 80 mm size trap metal in 22.5 cm. layer including filling voids with Crushed sand/grit, ramming, watering etc. complete.

Providing and laying 15cm Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M15 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for foundation and bedding / steps including steel centering, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete. The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface, only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centering will not be allowed.),with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M-20 of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. pardi of required thickness including steel centering, formwork, cover blocks, laying/pumping, compacting , curing , finishing and rougheningthem if special finish is to be provided and curing complete.(Excluding reinforcement and structural steel).with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. Providing and applying Anti-root treatment using PU coating to wall surface upto 3" height, ground surface and pardhi wall surface.Providing & Laying High Performance Water proofing floor coating using Polyurea & Polyaspartic water proofing compound to the existing building Application of primer to seal the pores Followed by Polyurea must be applied at WFT of 2 mm thick utilizing high-pressure, heated two component spray proportioning equipment. Polyurea sprayed to achieve the required thickness of DFT of 1.5 mm. Providing and applying of two component aliphatic polyurethane protective coating for concrete and steel structures, PU in 2 coats using suitable brush or roller on the surface treated with Polyurea to provide UV resistant properties.self-cured waterproofing layer /seamless membrane shall exhibits the following properties.
