The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - General Experience: The bidder should have executed a prescribed minimum quantity of main items of work in any one year during the last five years. - Minimum Cost of one similar work Executed by the Contractor: Rs. 13202543. - Minimum Quantity executed during any one year in last 5 years: (i) Earthwork (Including Excavation & Embankment): 5950Cum. (ii) Concrete: 1128 Cum. (iii) TMT Steel: 19.50 MT. - Experience of Similar Type of Work: The contractor should have successfully completed at least one work of similar nature & complexity of work, with a cost of the work not less than Rs.13202543/- at the price level of the year 2023-24. - Annual Turnover: The applicant bidder should have a minimum annual turnover (updated to the price level of the year 2023-24) in any of the last 5 years, not less than Rs. 3,16,89,692/-. - The bidder's maximum annual turnover in the immediately preceding five financial years must be at least 75% of the "Annual Cost" of the work under tender, which is Rs. 3,16,89,692/-. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, apart from the 75% of the "Annual Cost" of the work under tender. Project Manager: 5 years of total experience, with 3 years of experience in similar type of work. Other personnel requirements include a project engineer, site engineer, and site supervisor, each with 3 years of total experience and 3 years of experience in similar type of work. The value of existing commitments and ongoing works should be calculated, and the bidder should submit an updated list of all balance works in hand. The evaluation for Bid-Capacity of the bidders shall be made by the tender-opening authorities on the basis of uploaded certificates issued by Chartered Accountant. The bidder should have a minimum of 10% escalation for each financial year applied to calculate the present value of turnover and current value of existing commitments during the period of work. The required bid capacity for this work is Rs 4,22,52,923/-, which shall be calculated as below: Bid Capacity = (A x N x 2) – B. The bidder must provide details of their experience, including physical quantities executed and financial turnover, for each of the last 5 years. The bidder must also provide details of works in hand, including tendered cost of work, annual turnover, and quantities executed. Even though the bidder meets the qualifying criteria, they will not be eligible to be evaluated if they have five or more works having work orders after 05/03/2019 in hand under VIDC, Nagpur, at the time of submission of the bid. In any work which is completed more than 90% and not abandoned by the contractor, will be excluded from the works in hand under VIDC. A form (FORM – 7) requires information about works in hand under VIDC, Nagpur, including the name of the work, agreement number, date of work order, agreement cost, completion percentage, name of the division with address, contact number, and email, and remarks. A form (FORM 2 (a)) is provided to calculate the bid capacity, which includes details of the turnover during each of the last five years. The form requires the bidder to provide the value of turnover during each year, from 2019-20 to 2023-24. The value of existing commitments and ongoing works (updated to the price level of the year 2023-24) should be calculated, and the bidder should submit an updated, accurate, and complete list of all balance works in hand. The cost of balance work in hand should be calculated absolutely correct, updated, complete, perfect, and flawless. The evaluation for Bid-Capacity of the bidders shall be made by the tender-opening authorities on the basis of uploaded certificates issued by Chartered Accountant. The bidder should have a minimum of 10% escalation for each financial year applied to calculate the present value of turnover and current value of existing commitments during the period of work.
