Providing and constructing 200 mm thick dry laterite stone pitching with pin headers at 2 per sqm using stones and stone chips from approved source including cost of all materials, labour,hand packing / wedging stone chips, finishing etc., complete with lead upto I km and all lifts as directed

(A) Item for material brought from borrow area --

Providing Hearting embankment using selected impervious material from approved borrow areas (Private land­ contractor's own material) in layers including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all other operations such as collection of soil, spreading soil in layer of specified thickness, sorting out, breaking clods, levelling, sectioning edges / sides etc., complete with lead upto1 km and all lifts as directed.

Excavation in all kinds of soil including boulders upto 0.6 m diameter (0.113cum)for canal,seating of embankment, filter drains /catch water drains etc.,and placing the excavated stuff neatly in dump area or for formation of service road / embankment including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, dressing bed and sides to required level and profile etc.Complete with all lead and all lifts as directed.

Providing and laying rubble soling below foundation in layers including filling with rubble chips, murum etc. complete as directed.

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-15 of trap /granite /gneiss/ quartzite /graded metal for foundation and bedding by Batching Plant & Transit Mixer including centering, shuttering, scaffolding, placing, compacting, curing etc. complete with all lifts as directed.

Providing and fixing in position TMT-FE-500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, stair case, newels, chajjas, lintelspardis, copings, fins,arches etc.as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars,binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete as directed.

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-20 of trap/granite/ gneiss/ quartzite/graded metal for RCC works of abutment, wing walls, returns, transition walls, piers, columns, beams and slabs, diaphragm walis, road slabs trough (Box Culvert) trough for aqueduct, wearing coat, etc.without Batching Plant and Transit mixer including centering, shuttering, scaffolding, placing, compacting, curing etc. complete with all ifts as directed. ( A ) For M-20 for Abutment,Wing wall returns,transition walls

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-20 of trap/granite/ gneiss/ quartzite/graded metal for RCC works of abutment, wing walls, returns, transition walls, piers, columns, beams and slabs, diaphragm walis, road slabs trough (Box Culvert) trough for aqueduct, wearing coat, etc.without Batching Plant and Transit mixer including centering, shuttering, scaffolding, placing, compacting, curing etc. complete with all ifts as directed. ( B ) For M-20 for Beams & Slab

Providing R.C.C. pipe of NP2 class conforming to IS 458 2003 of following diameter including cost of all material and labour required, inspection charges , transportation to stores , transit insurance, loading unloading and stacking excluding GST levied by GOI and GOM in all respect etc. complete as directed.

Laying and jointing R.C.C.pipe of NP2 class or IRC standard in C.M.1:2, proportion by volume including cost of all materials (excluding pipes and collars), labour, aligning pipes,batching and mixing mortar, packing joints with hemp and mortar, finishing, curing etc.complete with all lifts as directed.

Providing and fixing Polypropylene Glass Lined gate consisting of 4 mm thick M.S. sheet of high quality material welded properly on frame consisting of M.S.channel ISMC 150 x 75 to have zero leakage to which M.S.angles of size ISA 50 x 50 x 6 mm, 2 in nos.to be welded vertically and horizontaly ensuring further welding of hinges which will be hinged with M.S.Channel frame sized properly in size 100 X 50 mm, material of all above members should confirm IS 226 & iS 2062 and embedding whole assembly in the concrete by fasteners with skilled workmanship to facilitate the gate operation as per drawing provided. The entire fabrication surface should be smooth ened by sand blasting and then coated first by resin, followed by chopped strand mat to the entire assembly, applying resin on chopped strand PPGL mat, fixing chopped strand mat to the entire assembly for second time, applying resin on the chopped strand mat for second time, applying glass fiber tissue sheet on top surface covered with final coat of resin, curing the same for 2-3 days excluding transportation, etc., complete The gate shall withstand hydrostatic pressure of 4.5 m with adequate factor of safety.

Providing hard jungle wood scantlings with required size (planks) including all leads and lifts etc. complete
