The bidder's experience in modern concrete technology and work for manufacturing and quality control is also considered. The bidder should submit certificates of work done and provide details of similar type of work. The bidder is required to submit a self-evaluation sheet with information on the maximum value of works completed in any one year during the last five years. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder is required to provide information such as the amount of contract, revised tender cost, balance cost, and value of works to be completed between the period given for this work. The bidder should have a minimum expected annual turnover of at least 75% of the annual cost of the tendered work, which is calculated as 0.75 * 211.58 Lakhs. The experience certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer, and the bidder should have completed at least one similar type of work for Survey, Design, and Vetting, with a minimum work experience of successfully completing a Pipe Distribution network (Hybrid) of at least 3055 ha. The bidder should provide information on physical and financial turnover for the last five years, including quantities executed and annual turnover in lakhs. Specifically, the bidder needs to provide information on quantities executed in the last five years, financial turnover in lakhs for the last five years, percentage of physical completion, cost of work completed in lakhs, and revised tendered cost in lakhs. A weightage of 10% annually shall be given for equating the cost of work of the previous year to the current year.
