Item No 4:-Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-10 of trap/ granite / quartzite / graded metal for foundation and bedding with Batching Plant and Transit Mixer including placing, centering, shuttering, compacting, curing, etc. complete with all lifts as directed M-10 (40MSA) cement 4.40 bags/cum.

Item No 5 :Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-15 of trap / granite/ gneiss / quartzite / graded metal for PCC with or without surface reinforcement/ RCC concreting requiring heavy or special type of shuttering for works of gallery, sluice, spillway crest, spillway down stream face, energy dissipating structures, intake structures, training walls, piers, abutments etc. with Batching Plant and Transit mixer with centering, centering, shuttering, scaffolding, placing, compacting, curing etc. complete with all lifts etc. complete as directed. (a) M-15 (20 MSA) (Cement 5.64 bags/Cum)

Item No 6 :- Providing hearting embankment using selected impervious soil from approved borrow areas (Government acquired land) in layers including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all other operations such as collection of soil, spreading soil in layer of specified thickness, sorting out, breaking clods, levelling, sectioning edges / sides, watering,compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 % of Proctor density using vibratory compactor including cost of water etc., complete with lead upto1km for water and all lifts as directed.

Item No 7:- Providing casing embankment using selected pervious material from approved borrow areas (Government acquired land) in layers of including cost of all materials, machinery,labour, all other operations such as collection of soil, spreading soil in layer of specifiedthickness, sorting out, breaking clods, levelling, sectioning edges / sides, watering, compactingeach layer to density control of not less than 95 percent or as stipulated using vibratory compactor including cost of water etc., complete with lead upto1 km and all lifts as directed

Item No 8:- Providing and laying concrete pipes of I.S.NP-2. class of 300mm diameter in proper line, level and slope including necessary collars, excavation, laying, fixing with collars in cement mortar 1:1 and refilling the trench complete.

Item No.9:-Providing and fixing in position TMT - FE - 500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete as directed.

Item No 10:- Manufacturing with QAP, fabrication, erection,commissioning & testing of Gate leaf of Slidingtype gate Consisting of following parts. Skin plateskeleton, End Verticals, Guide Brackets, vertical and horizontal stiffeners etc. (As per Drg.) All material used shall conformed to related IS Codes specified in IS 9349. Mild steel confirming to IS 2062.The tolerances for embeded parts and in components of gate are as per IS 9349. Thetolerances between Bushing/Bearing /Pin Should confirm to IS 919 (Part I & II). Other Material includes C.S. (IS1030), Brass (IS 28), P. Bronze (IS 305), Al. Bronze (IS 318), S.S. (IS 6911),Rubber seal (IS 11855), Welding electrodes (AWS E6013 for general weld joints & E7018 for X ray quality weld joints). It includes all materials, Labour charges, machining and machinery charges, 1km lead charges of transportation, loading and unloading charges of Gate parts at Site, Inspection & Quality control charges, Sand blasting, Painting with one coat of Zinc rich primer on dry film to give total dry film thickness 70 +/- 5 microns and 2 coats of sloventless coal tar epoxy paint applied to give minimum dry film thickness of 150+/- 5 micron per coat as per IS 14177 .The gates shall be reasonably watertight. Leakage, if any, unless otherwise specified, shall not normally exceed 5 and 10 liter/min/m wetted length of periphery of the sealing surface, for medium and high head gates, respectively as per IS 9349.

Item No.11:- Back filling up to ground level behind the canal structures etc. complete with suitable material of approved quality in layers not exceeding 20 cm without disturbing the structure etc. complete as directed

Item No.12:- Providing cohesive non-swelling (CNS) material lining to canals using selected material from approved borrow area (Government acquired land) including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, spreading soil in layers of thickness not more than 150 mm including providing 20 cm or so (perpendicular to side slope) of extra pride ,removing pride just prior to the placement of lining, breaking clods, watering, compacting to density control of not less than 95 % of Proctor density, dressing to required profile including cost of water etc. complete with lead upto1 km for water and all lifts as directed

Item No 13:- Providing and laying in situ M-15 (20 MSA)(28 days cube compressive strength not less than 15N/sqmm) grade cement concrete with clean, hard, graded aggregates for canal lining for side and bed including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning with batching plant and transit mixer placing in position, finishing with all slope of canal including centering, scaffolding, formwork, compaction, curing, by cutting grooves, filling with sealing compound and providing porous plugs preparation of sub grade etc. complete with all lifts etc. complete as directed Bed
