Item No.3 :- Refilling the trenches with available excavated stuff with soft material first over pipeline and then hard material in 15 cm layers with all leads and lifts including consolidation, surcharging, etc. complete.

Item No.4 :-Providing ISI mark G.I. pipe of following class and dia. excluding GST levied by GOI & GOM in all respect, inspection charges, transportation to stores, etc. complete as per IS-1239/2004. Note : One coupler shall be provided with each full length of pipe cost of which is included in rates below. 80 mm. ( 8.64 kg./m )

Item No.5 :- Lowering, laying and jointing G. I. pipes and specials of following class and diameter including conveyance from stores to site of works, all labour, etc. complete either underground or in vertical position, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 80 mm. ( 8.64 kg./m )

Item No.6 :- Providing double flange sluice valve confirming for IS14846 including worn gear arrangements as per test pressure, stainless steel spindle, caps, including inspection charges, transportation upto departmental store, unloading, stacking excluding GST levied by GOI & GOM in all respect etc. complete. 80 mm Dia. Sluice valve With by pass arrangement - PN - 1.0

Item No.7 :- Lowering, laying and jointing in position following C.I.D/F Reflex valves, Butterfly valves and Sluice valves including cost of all labour jointing material, including nut bolts and giving satisfactory hydraulic testing etc. complete. Item No.8 :- Providing and supplying Air Valves as per IS14845-2000 and MJP’s standard specifications of approved make and quality of following diameters including railway freight, inspection charges, unloading from railway wagons, loading into truck, transportation upto departmental stores, unloding and stacking excluding GST levied by GOI & GOM in all respect etc. complete 40mm Air Valve Single Ball Flanged /Screwed Type - PN - 1.0

Item No.9 :- Lowering, laying and fixing in proper alignment and position all types of C.I. air valves as directed by Engineer-in-charge including cost of conveyance from stores to site of work, cost of all material and giving satisfactory hydraulic testing, etc. complete. Item No.10 : - Providing and fixing in position M.S. Air valve boxes fabricated with 2 mm thick M.S. plate, 30 x 30 x 3 mm size M.S. angle frame, concreting in M-150 for fixing the box in position,applying two coats of oil paint, painting chainage, locking arrangement, etc.complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 40mm Air Valve Single Ball Flanged /Screwed Type - PN - 1.0

Item No.11 : - Providing and supplying ISI mark CI D/F reflux valves (non-return valves ) of following dia including railway freight, inspection charges, unloading from railway wagon, loading into truck, transportation upto departmental stores, unloading, stacking excluding GST levied by GOI & GOM in all respect etc. complete. Reflux valves as per I.S.5312 Part I (1984) 80 mm With by pass arrangement - PN -1

Item No.12 : - Removing loose rust from the reinforcement bars by wire brushing, light hammering etc. and applying sulphate and chloride free in organic single component rust remover Rusticide as approved by Engineer in charge conforming to IS 9077. The rusted surface shall become blackish non rusted colour. After 24 hours of applicationo frust remover, loose particles shall be removed by brush. Apply one more coat of Rusticide. Apply bonding coat slurry of high performance acrylic polymer - Methy l2 - methyl propeno at eco polymer with another eno at eas approved by Engineer in charge on entire surface. Mix 1 Kg of acrylic polymer with 0.5 Kg of cement. Finish it with ready to use repair polymer modified mortar based on special cements, aldehyde based polymers with thixotropy modifying agents asapproved by Engineer in charge (The Polymer Modified Mortar (PMM) should attain min. compressive strength of 20N/mm 2 in 1 day and 30N/mm 2 in 7 days) by adding 13-16% water by weight of polymer modified mortar for treatment to the damaged RCC members. Add 1 Kg of Migrating Corrosion Inhibiting Admixture as approved by Engineer in charge per 25 Kg bag of polymer modified mortar. Aftermixing polymer modified mortar, it can be trowel applied or sprayed. When applying by hand, polymer modified mortar must be forced tightly into the substrate to ensure complete contact with the substrate. (If scaffolding is required, same shall be provided and will be paid under relevant item) (Upto 15 mm thickness at a time).
