Item No. 4 :- Providing hearting embankment using selected impervious soil from approved borrow areas (Government acquired land) in layers including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all other operations such as ollection of soil, spreading soil in layer of specified thickness, sorting out, breaking clods, levelling, sectioning edges / sides, watering, compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 % of Proctor density using vibratory compactor including cost of water etc., complete with all leads and lift

Item No. 5 :- Providing casing embankment using selected pervious material from approved borrow areas (Government acquired land) in layers including cost of all materials, machinery,labour, all other operations such as collection of soil, spreading soil in layer of specified thickness, sorting out, breaking clods, levelling, sectioning edges / sides, watering, compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 % of Proctor density using vibratory compactor including cost of water etc., complete with all leads and lift.

Item No.6 :- Providing & laying rubble soling below foundation in layers including filling with rubble chips, murum etc. complete as directed.

Item No. 7 :- Providing and laying insitu cement concrete of grade M-10 of trap/ granite / quartzite / graded metal for foundation and bedding with including placing, compacting, curing etc. complete with all lifts as directed. (b) M-10 (40 MSA) (Cement 4.4 bags/Cum)

Item No. 8:- Providing and laying concrete pipes of IS NP-2 class of 300mm diameter in proper line, level and slope incluiding necessary collars excavation , laying , fixing with collars mortar 1:1 and refilling trench complete

Item No. 9 :- Providing R.C.C. pipe of NP2 class conforming to IS458 2003 of following diameter including cost of all material and labour required, inspection charges, transportation to stores, transit insurance, loading, unloading and stacking excluding GST levied by GOI and GOM in all respect etc. complete as directed. 450mm

Item No. 10 :-Laying and jointing R.C.C. pipe of NP2 class or IRC standard in C.M.1:2 , proportion by volume including cost of all materials (excluding pipes and collars) , labour, aligning pipes, batching and mixing mortar, packing joints with hemp and mortar, finishing, curing etc. complete with all lifts as directed. 450mm

Item No.11 :- Providing and laying in situ, cement concrete in m-15 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for foundation and bedding with including centering ,Shuttering, Scaffolding, placing , compacting , curing etc. complete with all lift as directed A) M-15 ( 20 MSA)

Item No. 12 :- Providing and fixing in position TMT-FE-500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C.pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc.as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete as directed.

Item No.13 :- Manufacturing with QAP fabrication , erection commissioning & testing with 125 % of rated capacity of screw stem hoist consisting of screw stem , Nut Gear Pinion , Worm wheel , Shaft. Keys etc. All materials used shall confirmed to IS Codes specified in Is 11228 Mild steel confirming to IS 2062. Other Material includes C.S. ( IS 1030) P Bronze ( IS 305 ) Welding electodes ( AWS E6013FOR GENERAL WELD JOINTS & e7018 FOR x RAY QUALITY WELD JOINTS ) tHE Tolerances between components & assembly shall confirm to IS 4623 the fits and tolerances between the bronze bushing & hub shall be H7r6 ( Interference ) & antifriction bearing with pin shall be r6 ( Interenference ) as per IS 4623 It includes all materials ,Labour charges , machining and machinery charges 1 KM lead charges of transportation , loading and unloading charges of Gate parts at site , Inspection & Quality control charges , sand blasting , Painting with one coat of Zinc rich primer on dry film to give total dry film thickness 70 +/- 5 microns and 2 coats of sloventless coal tar epoxy paint applied to give minimum dry film thickness of 150+/- 5 micron per coat as per IS 14177 with all lead & lift (size 300 x 300)

Item No.14 :- Back filling up to ground level behind the canal structures etc complete with suitable material of approved quality in layers not exceeding 20 cm without disturbing the structure etc. complete as directed.
