Providing, supplying, designing, manufacturing, and installing INBUILT FURNITURE for workstations, including tables with drawers of required sizes, wall cupboards, and wall paneling, using water-resistant and termite-resistant plywood of required thickness (18mm, 12mm, and 6mm) as per Indian Standards. The furniture will be finished with 1mm thick laminate in approved colors/designs on all visible surfaces. High-quality SS 304-grade hardware, including hinges, locks, drawer slides, handles, and all required mountings, will be used. The furniture will also feature 2mm PVC edge banding for durability, along with accessories such as keyboard trays, cable management slots, and modesty panels. All work will be completed with appropriate finishes and polish using the required materials, machinery, and manpower, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE PANELS FOR PUMPS Providing, supplying, designing & drawing, manufacturing, installation, testing, and commissioning of a reputed make VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE (VFD) panel, as per Indian/International standards, of the required size for the pump house of a Lift Irrigation Scheme. This includes VFD panels for 4 pumps of 745 HP (6.6 KV, 657 KW motors) and 3 pumps of 610 HP (6.6 KV, 495 KW motors), used to control and regulate the speed and performance of the electric motors driving the pumps. The VFD will adjust the frequency and voltage supplied to the motors, enabling precise control of pump operation, reducing energy consumption by controlling pump speed based on demand. It will provide a soft start/stop function by gradually accelerating and decelerating the pump motors, minimizing mechanical stress, wear, tear, and water hammer in the piping system. The panel will also regulate flow to enhance system efficiency, maintain consistent pressure, and offer protection against overload, under-voltage, over-voltage, and phase failure. This leads to reduced maintenance, optimizing water flow based on real-time field needs, resulting in significant water and energy conservation. The scope includes all materials, cabling, wiring, instruments, electro-mechanical components, foundation, and an enclosed cabinet structure with IP66 protection, external controls, protection systems, displays, high-grade coating, and electric shock-proof arrangements. The work will also involve third-party inspections, factory testing, and adherence to QA & QC requirements. This shall be completed for the Lift Irrigation Scheme with centralized SCADA, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. AUTOMATIC WEATHER STATION (AWS) Providing, supply, design, manufacture, install, and test a stationary-type Automatic Weather Station (AWS) of a reputed make for installation in the command area of the Lift Irrigation Scheme. The AWS must automatically measure and record various meteorological parameters, including temperature, solar radiation, humidity, wind speed and direction, rainfall, soil temperature, soil moisture, soil electrical conductivity (EC), soil pH, and barometric pressure, without human intervention. The system shall include high-quality sensors, automatic rain gauges, data loggers, and communication equipment for transmitting recorded data to a central server or cloud for real-time analysis and monitoring. It must be solar-powered with a lithium battery backup providing a minimum of 1-month operational autonomy. The contractor is responsible for all associated civil works, including foundation construction, mounting structures with IP66 protection, chain-link fencing with a gate, and a vandalism alert system. Additionally, the scope includes complete cabling and wiring, and the supply of a data logger with at least 8 analog channels, GSM & GPRS-based telemetry, and antennas. The system must also include instrumentation for centralized control from a web-based SCADA center located at the pump house. All work must be executed as per the specifications and under the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate must be exclusive of GST but inclusive of all other taxes, levies, and royalties. The AWS shall come with a minimum 5-year Defect Liability Period (DLP) and a minimum 5-year warranty for all equipment and components. WEB-BASED SCADA SYSTEM FOR THE LIFT IRRIGATION SCHEME Providing and Supply, Design, Development, Manufacture, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of a Comprehensive Web-Based SCADA System for the Lift Irrigation Scheme: The contractor shall undertake the complete lifecycle of a comprehensive web-based SCADA system, including design, development, manufacture, installation, testing, and commissioning. The system must enable centralized monitoring and control via a web-based interface, allowing real-time access and management from any location. It will encompass control for pumps, various water levels & discharges, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), electromechanical components, flow measurement, pressure control, and energy monitoring. Integration includes monitoring systems for a 33KV substation, solar power plant, canal flow, volumetric water measurement, and an automatic weather station, with functionalities extending to branch lines, air valves on rising mains, and the pump house. The software solution shall be tailor-made with the latest technology, offering robust, hacker-free security, and both web-based and Android mobile access. Data will be presented in dynamic graphical formats, including real-time and historical trends, efficiency curves, and usage charts. Connectivity will feature web access and GSM/GPRS for field data transmission. The installation includes a 52" monitor in the SCADA room, two high-performance computers with the latest configurations, a color inkjet printer, and necessary peripherals. Cloud-based data storage with state-of-the-art security is required. The contractor’s quotation must include all costs for communication, wiring, cabling, software, complete SCADA system charges, Third Party Inspection (TPI), Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC), website hosting, domain registration, and any other incidental charge complete all as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: The rate shall exclude GST but include all other taxes, duties, levies, and royalties, if any. Minimum DLP shall be 5 years for this Item.

Additionally, the quote should cover GSM/GPRS-based communication with a modem, digital display units for the field room, and all necessary accessories such as mounting materials, instruments, antennas, electric wiring, and signal cables. The power supply should be solar-powered with a lithium battery backup providing a minimum of 1-month backup. Ensure the quote includes all QA/QC charges, Third Party Inspection (TPI) charges, Factory Inspection charges, and any other relevant costs. The entire system should be fully compliant with the project scope and specifications as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
