Labour charges for removing grass, thorny shurbs, Jungli shurb, Kubabul and alike grass along and in the drain/canal making the ground clean by showel and phavaras etc. complete as Directed.

Fixing control points by Differential Global Position System (DGPS) instrument at every One Km. along the both side of river including collection of necessary flood data etc. complete including labour welfare cess, service tax, labour insurance and all applicable taxes etc. complete as directed.

Carry out Aerial Survey for purpose of crop area measurement and assessment i. Carry out Aerial Survey of irrigation project as directed by engineer in-charge using drone or any appropriate device taking all necessary permissions from appropriate authorities. ii. Capturing images of entire area with resolution of at least 2 cm, with all necessary activities, generation of orthomosaic image using appropriate software and tools, georeferencing etc. iii. Collection of data regarding land records such as village / tahsil / district boundaries, survey number of land under each village and its ownership, and preparation of layers of this data using appropriate software and tools, as directed by engineer- incharge. iv. Collection of data regarding irrigation project and canal network along with important structures and creation of layer using appropriate software and tools, as directed by engineer- incharge. v. Superimposing the data about land record and irrigation project and canal network on orthomosaic image, identification of crop within each field, along with area under that crop, and filling the details in Form No. 12 (PWD 166), in Marathi language, as directed by engineer-incharge. The said form is attached in PDF format. This data shall be submitted in hard copy (3 sets). vi. Submission of drawing on C0 size paper in hard copy (3 copies) covering entire survey area (i.e. 1 lakh ha) showing details of canal, structures, villages, survey number, crop details etc. in different colour coding, as directed by engineer- incharge. vii. Submission of approx. 100 drawings on A0 size paper in hard copy covering area of 1000 ha approximately on each drawing, showing details of irrigation project, canal network, important structures, village details, crop details, survey number of each land, farmers details etc., as directed by engineer-incharge. viii. Submission of all above details (i.e. orthomosaic image, layer of village/land details, layer of canal/structure details, layer of crop details etc.) in digital format, all important layers as directed engineer-in-charge in kmz/kml/shp format, Form No. 12 in spreadsheet format (e.g. excel) in harddisk of 10 TB capacity.
