This Invitation For Bid follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in Development Business on 21/09/2016 2. The Government of India has received finance from the World Bank towards the cost of National Hydrology project and it is intended that part of the proceeds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for Bids is issued. 3.
