The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - For equipment provision: - Zero Similar Project: 0 marks - One Similar Project: 4 marks - Two Similar Projects: 8 marks - Three Similar Projects: 12 marks - Four or more Similar Projects: 15 marks - For project execution using specified technologies: - None of Solar based Primary Power Supply or 4G/ 5G based Primary Network Connectivity: 0 marks - Either Solar based Primary Power Supply or 4G/ 5G based Primary Network Connectivity: 5 marks - Both Solar based Primary Power Supply and 4G/ 5G based Primary Network Connectivity: 10 marks The minimum project value for similar projects is: - One Similar Project: 171 Crore - Two Similar Projects: 107 Crore - Three Similar Projects: 86 Crore Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of at least INR 64 Crores in India during the last 3 financial years, with marks assigned as follows: - Less than 64 Crores: Disqualified - 64 Crores to 114 Crores: 3 marks - More than 114 Crores: 5 marks The bidder should also have a positive Net Worth, with marks assigned as follows: - Less than or equal to 0: Disqualified - More than 0 to less than 10 Crores: 3 marks - 10 Crores or more: 5 marks The marks for total project value are: - Less than 171 Crore: Disqualified - 171 Crore to less than 271 Crore: 5 marks - 271 Crore to less than 371 Crore: 8 marks - 371 Crore or more: 10 marks
