For similar works, the bidder should have experience of having successfully completed construction of Building & Road Works in State/Central Government Department, with specific requirements including: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 33 Crores of the estimated civil cost, - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 41 Crores of the estimated civil cost, - One similar completed work costing not less than 66 Crores of the estimated civil cost. The average annual financial turnover of the bidder should be minimum 25 crores of Civil Construction Cost during the last three financial years. Additionally, the bidder's experience will be evaluated based on the number of ADTT/ITMS projects implemented, with marks assigned as follows: - 2-3 projects: 5 marks, - 4-5 projects: 10 marks. The bidder should also have an average annual turnover from IT / ITeS / ADTT/ ITMS business in India during the last three financial years, with a minimum of INR 20 Crores. The required prior work experience for specific positions includes: - Project Manager: at least 12 years, with at least 7 years of handling projects of similar nature. - Site Engineer: at least 4 years, with at least 3 years of handling projects of similar nature.
