Excavation for foundation in earth, soil of all types, sand, gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material up to a distance of 50 m. beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete. (Lift upto 0.00 to 1.50 m.) By Manual Means

Providing soling using 80 mm size trap metal in 15 cm. layer including filling voids with Crushed sand/grit, ramming, watering etc. complete.

Providing and laying cast in situ 1:2:4 Lime Concrete of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for foundation and bedding as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including bailing out water, centring, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required with fine aggregate, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller and then mixing with coursed aggregate in drum mixer as per specifications including bailing out water, watering etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Stone Paving, Second Sort in lime mortar 1:1½, with size of stone 60 cm. x 45 cm. x 15 cm., as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including all stone slabs to of approved quality, hard, even, sound, durable and uniform thickness, the stones to be not finely chisel-dressed on the surface and the course to be of prescribed width, true for top 25 mm. (1″), the joints running true, the stones to be laid with joints not exceeding 8 mm. (5/16″) thick and to be evenly and firmly bedded flush in mortar on the concrete and no hollow left, side to be dressed true and as per shape at least half the depth from the face, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, watering and all paving work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.

Providing Lime Pointing to brick work in lime mortar 1:1 in superstructure, as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including all face or visible work shall be pointed, unless otherwise specified and shall be done while the mortar is fresh, the mortar shall consists of lime and fine sand shall not be ground fine but sand should be finer, the joints of the pointed work shall be neatly defined by the pointing, the lines shall be regular and uniform in breadth and the joints shall be raised or flat as may directed, preparing the lime mortar with 640 gram pulp of wood apple (Belfruit) per cubic metre of lime mortar as a bonding material, scaffolding, watering and all work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.

Providing Un-coursed Rubble Masonry of trap / granite stones in lime mortar 1:1½, in superstructure as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including the stones to be set in the work as received from the quarry, after merely knocking off weak corners and edges with the masons hammer, the stones shall be carefully laid so as to break joints, no joint shall exceed 12.5 mm. (½″) in thickness, every stone shall be set flush in mortar, the face stone shall be for greater size, and good beds, one through stone shall be inserted at least every 0.80 sq. mete (1 square yard), the joints shall be racked out carefully at least 25 mm. (1″) where pointing or plastering to be done, striking joints where no pointing or plastering is to be done, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, scaffolding, watering and all masonry work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.

Providing Coursed Rubble Masonry Second Sort of trap / granite stones in lime mortar 1:1½, in superstructure as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including the stones shall be laid in horizontal course, the face of the stones to be hammered and bushing not to be project more than 3.8 cm. (1½″), all stones to be set full in mortar, all side joints shall be vertical and beds horizontal and not joints shall be more than 12.5 mm. (½″), the through stones shall be inserted 5 and 6 feet apart in every course, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, bailing out water, watering and all masonry work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.

Providing and grouting with lime and fine screened sand slurry in proporation of (1 : 1) with a proper jet pump pressure including cleaning and washing and packing the existing crack / holes in the brick or stone masnory with lime and finesand paste in proporation of (1:1) properly from down side, filling the slurry in cracks or holes including all necessary actions and required tools and machineries, scaffolding, curing etc. complete. for soil stabilization

Providing and fixing 90cm x 60cm Granite plate engraving 10cm. Heightletter, figures including painting the lefters/figures with approved colour and shade complete (For size of granite plate 1.37 x 1.06 m of thickness 20 to 25 mm)

Providing and erecting chain link fencing 1.6 M. height with G.I. chain link of size 50 x 50 mm, 8 gauge thick and fixed 75 mm above ground level on vertical M.S.
