Providing and laying cast in situ 1:2:4 Lime Concrete of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for foundation and bedding as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including bailing out water, centring, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required with fine aggregate, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller and then mixing with coursed aggregate in drum mixer as per specifications including bailing out water, watering etc. complete.

Dismantling brick masonry in lime or cement mortar and stacking the materials as directed with all leads, lifts etc.

Removing the existing cement plaster of any thickness without causing dust nuisance and stacking the debris upto a distance of 50 metres or spreading in the compound and cleaning the site etc. complete.

Providing Soil Bag Support to the monument with contractor´s soil in proper layers carefully as directed by Engineer in-charge including filling, tying and conveying the bags, removing the soil bags after work up to a distance of 50 meter beyond the monument area and cleaning the site etc. complete. Providing/Re-setting Ashlar Rough-tooled Masonry of reuse-stones in lime mortar 1:1½ in superstructure as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including all beds or joints, which shall not exceed 6 mm. (¼″), the stones shall be set in mortar, the stone shall be laid in regular course, the face stone shall be laid header and stretcher alternately, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, scaffolding, watering and all masonry work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.

Providing Ashlar Rough-tooled Masonry of trap / granite stones in lime mortar 1:1½ with size of stone (0.6x0.45x0.23)m. in superstructure as per detailed specifications and drawings or as including the stones be of approved quality, colour, hard and free from defect of any kind, the faces exposed to view shall have fine dressed chisel draft, 25 mm. (1″) wide all around the edges and rough tooled between the drafts, and on all beds or joints, which shall not exceed 6 mm. (¼″), the stones shall be set in mortar, the stone shall be laid in regular course not less than 30 cm. (12″) in height averaging 4½ c. ft., the face stone shall be laid header and stretcher alternately, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, scaffolding, watering and all masonry work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete. (for walls and parapet)

Providing Un-coursed Rubble Masonry of trap / granite stones in lime mortar 1:1½, in superstructure as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including the stones to be set in the work as received from the quarry, after merely knocking off weak corners and edges with the masons hammer, the stones shall be carefully laid so as to break joints, no joint shall exceed 12.5 mm. (½″) in thickness, every stone shall be set flush in mortar, the face stone shall be for greater size, and good beds, one through stone shall be inserted at least every 0.80 sq. mete (1 square yard), the joints shall be racked out carefully at least 25 mm. (1″) where pointing or plastering to be done, striking joints where no pointing or plastering is to be done, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, scaffolding, watering and all masonry work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.

Raking out cement or lime pointing or any other hard material used and repointing to walls externally and internally in lime mortar1:3 (1 lime, 3 sand, mix to be approved by consultants before application) & filling in any holes/damage area of stone that may have to be filled in lime mortar. The cost to include preparation of batches of sample upto 20 samples of colour matched lime mortar for approval by Architect. The contractor to ensure use of making tape and sharp specialzed spatula & tools to ensure clear line and high level of workmanship on site.

Providing and laying cast in situ 1:1:4 Lime Concrete of broken brick metal for coping or waterproofing as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including centring, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required, with fine aggregate, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller and then mixing with coursed aggregate or surkhi in drum mixer, the concrete must be bitten for two days with pouring water as per specifications, scaffolding, watering and all concrete work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains, etc. complete.

Providing Rectangular Coping Cut-stone First Sort, 20 cm. (8″) height and 52.5 cm. (1ꞌ9″) wide of trap / granite stones in lime mortar 1:1with size of stone (0.3x0.35x0.45)m specifications and drawings or as directed including the stones be of approved quality, colour, hard and free from defect of any kind, the stone shall be dressed full or to template, exposed face of the stones shall be fine chisel-dressed and all joints shall be in line and close and not more than 3 mm. (⅛″) thick, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, scaffolding, watering and all coping work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.

Scinentific debris clearance ( Archaeological Excavation ) to be done manually as per Archaeological principals using sieve as per the direction of the conservation architect / engineer incharge / techinical Assistant of the department if required, all antiquities and historic remains to be classified and dacumentated photograhphically before numbering and storing them in the office.

Cleaning the Stone/ Masonry surfaces with help of chemical treatment with mixture of chemicals such as Liquid Ammonia, Non-ionic detergent, mineral turpentine, sodium gluconate etc. by scraping the surface with brush and making the surfaces even with hand scrapping, and then applying two coats of chemicals such as Wacker BS-290 and Wacker OH 100 for stone preservation with scaffolding etc. complete

Disposing of dismantling materials of stone masonry / brick masonry derbies, excavated material / soil / murum / rubblish material or vegetation / grass / shrubs etc. From work site beyond the 5 km.

Supply signages for direction boards in granite stone slab of 25mm thick and fincing the stone slab with two stainless steel square bars of 25mm x 25mm by drilling holes on slabs including fixing in cement concrete at places shown by engineer - in charge of work . (0.30 X 0.25 X 1.2) (Rate as per Quotation )

Supplying and installing Dustbin dry and wet seperately made as per approved design by architect.
