Providing and laying cast in situ 1:2:3 Lime Concrete of laterite stone metal for foundation and bedding as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including centring, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller and then mixing with coursed aggregate in drum mixer, bailing out water, watering etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Laterite Stone Paving in lime mortar 1:1½, with size of stone 35 cm. x 20 cm. x 15 cm., as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including all stone slabs to of approved quality, hard, even, sound, durable and uniform thickness, the stones to be not finely chisel-dressed on the surface and the course to be of prescribed width, true for top 25 mm. (1″), the joints running true, the stones to be laid with joints not exceeding 8 mm. (5/16″) thick and to be evenly and firmly bedded flush in mortar on the concrete and no hollow left, side to be dressed true and as per shape at least half the depth from the face, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, watering and all paving work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.

Providing Laterite Masonry of laterite stones in lime mortar 1:1½, with size of stone 18″ x 9″ x 8″ in Superstructure as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including the stone shall be the best procurable in the vicinity and shall free from any admixture of white earth, the stone shall be quarried true and square to the size ordered, the breadth shall not less than thickness and length not less than twice the thickness, the stone shall be dressed full or to template, exposed face of the stones shall be fine dressed and all joints shall be in line and close and not more than 3 mm. (⅛″), the stone shall be laid in the work header and stretcher alternately and shall be laid in good lime mortar, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, scaffolding, watering and all masonry work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.

Providing/Re-setting Laterite Masonry of reuse-stones in lime mortar 1:1½, in Superstructure as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including the stone shall be laid in the work header and stretcher alternately and shall be laid in good lime mortar, all joints shall be in line and close and not more than 3 mm. (⅛″), preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, scaffolding, watering and all masonry work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.

Providing and grouting with lime and fine screened sand slurry in proporation of (1 : 1) with a proper jet pump pressure including cleaning and washing and packing the existing crack / holes in the brick or stone masnory with lime and finesand paste in proporation of (1:1) properly from down side, filling the slurry in cracks or holes including all necessary actions and required tools and machineries, scaffolding, curing etc. complete.

Providing Laterite Arching of laterite stones, with size of stone 18″ x 18″ x 7″ as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including the stone shall be the best procurable in the vicinity and shall free from any admixture of white earth, the stone shall be quarried true and square to the size ordered, the breadth shall not less than thickness and length not less than twice the thickness, the stone shall be dressed full or to template, exposed face of the stones shall be fine dressed, chamfers as specified or as directed and all joints shall be in line and close and not more than 3 mm. (⅛″) thick, the stone shall be laid in the work header and stretcher alternately and shall be laid in good lime mortar, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, cantering/scaffolding, watering and all arching work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.

Providing Semi-octagonal Laterite Stone Coping, 20 cm. (8″) thick of laterite stones, with size of stone 15″ x 18″ x 8″ as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including the stone shall be the best procurable in the vicinity and shall free from any admixture of white earth, the stone shall be quarried true and square to the size ordered, the breadth shall not less than thickness and length not less than twice the thickness, the stone shall be dressed full or to template, exposed face of the stones shall be fine dressed, chamfers as specified or as directed and all joints shall be in line and close and not more than 3 mm. (⅛″) thick, the stone shall be laid in the work header and stretcher alternately and shall be laid in good lime mortar, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, scaffolding, watering and all coping work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete.

Providing Lime Pointing to stone work in lime mortar 1:1 in superstructure, as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including all face or visible work shall be pointed, unless otherwise specified and shall be done while the mortar is fresh, the mortar shall consists of lime and fine sand shall not be ground fine but sand should be finer, the joints of the pointed work shall be neatly defined by the pointing, the lines shall be regular and uniform in breadth and the joints shall be raised or flat as may directed, preparing the lime mortar with 640 gram pulp of wood apple (Belfruit) per cubic metre of lime mortar as a bonding material, scaffolding, watering and all work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete

Providing structural steel work in trusses, other similar trussed purlins and members with all bracing, gusset plates etc. as per detailed design sand drawings or as directed including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting fixing in position, Making riveted/ bolted/ welded connection and one coat of anti corrosive paint and over it 2 coats of oil painting approved quality and shade etc. complete.

Disposing off / conveying the dismantelled materials of stone masonry / brick masonry/ concrete/ debris/ excavated material / soil murrum / rubbish material or vegetation / grass / shrubs etc. from site to 5 Km as directed by Engineer incharge.

Preparing and carrying out videography, Documentary & Shooting of still photographs of Extra copies - 5" X 7" Size outdoor and indoor of roads, bridges, other structures and programme, including preliminarys survey, still shots moving shooting, necessary board for video shooting hiring of vehicle, equipment for video shoot­ing, transportation of all equipment, persons, required for shooting, lighting arrangement as may be necessary, editing, mixing, titling, lettering, sounding including cost of coloured cassette of approved quality etc. complete

Book Designing, Publishing and Printing: The work involves printing of a book / guidebook on the fort / monuments and its various aspects, which would provide authentic and precise tourism oriented information. This work involves important photographs of the site, art objects, antiquities, inscriptions etc., which would be useful for educating the masses of the rich cultural heritage of the site, region and state. providing 100 pages coloured books as directed by engineer in charge / ADA

Excavation for foundation in laterite rock (soft or hard) including trimming and levelling the bed for the foundation, removing the excavated material up to a distance of 50 metres beyond the building area, stacking as directed, dewatering and back filling with available murum, watering, ramming etc. complete.
