The bid capacity required in the given tender can be calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid capacity = (A*N*2) - B Where: A = Maximum value of civil engineering/similar works as mentioned in the tender executed in any one year during the last Five years Certified by Chartered Accountant (updated to the price level of the year indicated in Appendix) N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which bids are invited B = Value (updated to the price level of the year indicated in Appendix) of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 8 (Eight) Months (period of completion of the works for which bids are invited) Additionally, the bidder must meet one of the following conditions: 1. Have completed similar type of works in last Five years with a value not less than the project cost/work portion of the given work portion/cost of the project OR 2. Have completed minimum THREE similar types of works (projects) with a minimum cost not less than 40% of the cost of the given work OR 3. Have completed minimum TWO similar types of works (projects) with a minimum cost not less than 50% of the cost of the given work OR 4. Have completed minimum ONE similar type of work (project) with a minimum cost not less than 80% of the cost of the given work. The bid capacity also includes financial score calculation, which is: Financial Score = 100 x X/Y Where, X = Lowest amount quoted by responsive bidder (eligible bidder) Y = Amount quoted by each responsive bidder (eligible bidder) Other requirements for bid capacity include: - Maximum annual financial turnover: Rs. 3,01,99,918/- - Single similar type of work: Rs. 1,20,79,967/- - Executed quantities of work in any one year: 30% The bidder should also have a multi-disciplinary team with related work experience, completed at least 2 works for Archeological Department, and have competency in handling large drone survey/GIS/Lidar survey projects. The total technical score is 70 marks, with specific marks allocated to different aspects. To qualify for the award of the contract, each bidder must have a certain financial capacity, with requirements including a certificate of financial turnover issued by a Chartered Accountant for the last seven years.
