Excavation for foundation in Hard murum and boulders including removing the excavated material upto a distance of 50 metres, beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete. Providing and laying cast in situ 1:2:4 Lime Concrete of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for foundation and bedding as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including bailing out water, centring, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required with fine aggregate, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller and then mixing with coursed aggregate in drum mixer as per specifications including bailing out water, watering etc. complete.

Providing & fixing Ashlar Rough tooled masonry, chiesel- dressed Khandaki (black basalt stone) upto 9" Ht . For steps and kerb (0.30 x 0.45 x 0.20 m) laying iin line and level over layer of 20 mm. hick 1:1 lime mortor, with joints not exceeding 3 MM thick, special adhesive material like araldite, admixture of stone dust /pigment matching the stone shade , etc, as required with watering , curing complete. The sides of the stones are to ve dressed true and square for atleast 1.5" on that bellow it . For cantileverd steps , the fixed length shall be atleast 9".

Providing Un-coursed Rubble Masonry of trap / granite stones in lime mortar 1:1½, in superstructure as per detailed specifications and drawings or as directed including the stones to be set in the work as received from the quarry, after merely knocking off weak corners and edges with the masons hammer, the stones shall be carefully laid so as to break joints, no joint shall exceed 12.5 mm. (½″) in thickness, every stone shall be set flush in mortar, the face stone shall be for greater size, and good beds, one through stone shall be inserted at least every 0.80 sq. mete (1 square yard), the joints shall be racked out carefully at least 25 mm. (1″) where pointing or plastering to be done, striking joints where no pointing or plastering is to be done, preparing the lime mortar in lime miller, scaffolding, watering and all masonry work when handed over to be perfectly clean and free from all mortar stains etc. complete..

Providing coursed rubble stone masonry (Second sort ) of trap stones (dressed) of size 0.45 x 0.30 x 0.20 m imn 1:1.5 in lime mortar in plinth or superstructure wih joint of 12-15 mm thickness, including baing out water, striking joiints on external faces and watering complete.

Providing and fixing 90 cm x 60 cm Marble plate engraving 10 cm. height letter figures including painting the lefters/figures with approved colour and shade complete

Providing structural steel work in single stanchions composed of R.S.J. Channel etc. with caps, bases, mild steel plated, angle brackets, cleats, gusset plates, anchor bolts etc. as per detailed designs and drawings or as directed including cutting, fabrication, hoisting, erecting fixing in position, making riveted/ bolted/ welded connection and one coat of anticorrosive paint and over it two. coats of oil painting approved quality and shade etc. complete.

Providing and fixing corrugated galvanised iron sheets of 0.63mm thick (24 B.W.G.) for roofing without wind tiles including fastening with galvanised iron screws and bolts, lead and bitumen washers as per drawing etc. complete.(Weight of 5.5 Kilogram/sq.m.).

Rubberwood Signage : Providing and Fixing Signage on 24 MM thick Rubberwood as per the given size and design, (with edge moulding as per given design made within the cross - section thickness of the wood plank), by engraving or etching guided by a laser machine. The cost includes, cutting the base panel to required size and shape, forming the given design (including lettering of given height and surrounding floral or geometric design) and filling it with 2 coats of black or rust - brown oil paint, finishing the entire panel with 'Touchwood' or equivalent brushable clear wood finish and two coats of lacquer, packaging, transportation to site, fixing at the given location on stone or brick wall with S.S.
