WOODEN PARTITION Partly glazed/partly panneled.:-Providing making erecting partitions (partly glazed partly panneled or fully panneled) to required ht. With teak wood frame of 50mmx50mm in 600mm sq. panel or as required at site the wooden panneling with 6mm commercial plywood of approved make and quality on both sides of partition with 6mm groove. The glazed portion teak wood 30mmx12mm bedding on both sides to the required shape skirting at bottom on both the sides to required shape and skirting at bottom on both sides with 125mm x 12mm teak wood and top patti with 125 x 20mm T.W.to required flap/or as filler between the wall/ceiling/flooring and partition. The glazed portion of the partition. The glazed portion of the partition shall have approved make/quality –plain/frosted/bazri 4mm thick glass. Above partition shall be provided with partly glazed partly pannelled 35mm thick Hollow core door of required size or as required with necessary teak wood door frame 75mmx50m m and the shutter shall be hinged or sliding and the glazed portion with 4mm plain or frosted glass sheet, beeding alround the shutters, locks, tower bolts, mortice lock with handle suitable size Nos. 2 door closer of everite make and any other fittings & fixtures required all as specified and directed.

Providing & fixing 1.5mm thick approved laminate of requiredcolour over existing surfaces along with the adhesive all as required specification design etc. complete as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

COMPUTETR TABLE Providing making & supplying computer table made out fo 19mm commercial ply for table top, mounted on the vertical side fo 19mm commercial ply and cabinet made out of 19mm commercial ply for sides, shelves & shutters making concealed monitor arrangement by providing 8mm thick clea r glass on table top of required size with edge polish as shown in drawing drawer and ready made key board drawer with heavy sliding channels with powder coated handle for shutter,cable manager drawers all edges shall be lipped with 6mm thick T.W. lipping patti. All exposed faces should be 1.5mm thk laminate of approved colour and non laminated area should be french polished inclu. cost of other materials labor etc. as per drawing and as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Computer Table with all inner surface with 1mm thk approved laminate.

WOODEN CABINET with or withoiut shuter Providing & fixing cabinet made up of 19 mm. Commercial ply of approved make for top, bottom, sides & shelves & 8mm commercial ply approved make for back side Door shutter made up of 19mm thick commercial ply and outer surfaces and top of shelves for open type cabine should be laminated with 1.5mm thick approved plastic laminate sheet of required colour including all brass fittings such as hinges, tower bolts, ball catches, stopper, handle, kNosbs as per shown in drawing or approved by Engineer-In-Charge etc.and all exposed edges lipping with 6mm Thick T.W. lipping patti.locking arrangement with Godrej multipurpose lock etc. all complete as specified & directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

GLASS FIXINGProviding & fixing glass panes of approved make with teak wood bedding for window shutter 12mm thick plain glass (With machine edge polishing)

Providing and fixing sun control films 1.5 mil thick garware film on window glasess without damaging rubber gaskets, handle , friction hinged etc complete including neccesary scafolding job is to be complited as per garware film specification and as directed by EIC

ALUMINUM PARTITION WORKProviding & fixing alumimium partition to the required height partly glazed and partly panneled or fully glazed o r fully panneled using aluminium section of jindal 2425 satin finish anodizing of required size for bottom, top, middle & vertical rails at required intervals panneling with 12mm thick Nosva pan or ancholam both side pre-laminatd board fixed with sloping aluminium beeding alround with neoprine gasket glazing with 5.5mm forsted/ bajri/ plain glass of approved make like M/s.Triveni, Shri.Vallabh/J/A/G pilkinten fixed with alumimium channel beeding two way PVC lining/ rubber gasket to ensure water tightness and Nos rattaling including providinG necessary cover mould using suitable alumimium section so as to take care of gaps between the walls/ ceiling / flooring and partitions etc. including providing and fixing necessary fittings as specified and directed.

ALUMINIUM SHUTTERProviding fixing door frame & shutter side hung to consist of partly glazed partly panneled/ fully panneled/ fully glazed with 5.5mm thick glass sheet of approved make and qualit y plain or frosted of bajri glass of approved make like M/s. Triveni/Shri Vallabhj/J//A/G pilkinten fixed with two WAY PVC lining/rubber gasket to ensure Nostes tightness and Nos rattaling and panneling with 12mm thick Nosva pan or Ancholam finished on both side as required using extruded alumimium section for shutter frame jindal 2425 45 45mm satin finish aNosdized including P/F push-pull plates handles & of approved make & heavy duty fittings like tower bolts of Archies/Everite make Motice lock of Laxmi/Gold locks with keys hinges of 5 inch or 6 inch as per requirement hydraulic door closer/ floor spring of Henco/Hyper/Everite make of suitable capacity etc. complete as specified and directed.

VETRIFIED DADO/ FLOOR TILES Providing & laying polished vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer) with water resistant less than 0.08% and confirming to IS 15622 of approved make in all colours & shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete

PAINTING WORKS

Providing & Applying one / two coats of primer & thereafter two coats of paint as mentioned below of approved make First quality Asian Paints (Apcolite) / Goodlass Nerolac/ ICI to the required colour scheme and as per manufacturers instructions / specifications to the walls, beams, columns, ceilings, partitions doors etc. including thoroughly scrapping the existing surface with sand papers, removing old paint, filling up crevices and Applying and Levelling the existing surface with Birla White Cement based / Coloured waterproof Putti/POP Coat of average thickness of 1 mm or 2 mm as per requirements of approved brands necessary to obtain smooth surface, filling of cracks, removal of stains, painting spots on floors,aluminium window frame & glassetc including scaffolding etc as to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge. Using Acrylic emulsion ( Plastic Paint)

Distempering with two OR more coats of (Asian Tractor) synthetic oil bound washable distemper of approved shade and make over one coat of approved cement primer, including preparing the surface filling with putty wherever required scaffolding etc. complete.

Providing and Applying and Levelling the existing surface with Birla White Cement based / Coloured waterproof Putti of average thickness of 1 mm or 2 mm of approved thickness, brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth ready for painting purpose etc complete ( Rate inclusive of Scaffolding Matetrial, Labour Charges) Etc.

Providing and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint Asian make (Apcolite) / Goodlass Nerolac (1st quality) to doors, windows, ventilators, grills etc. including thoroughly scrapping the surface with sand papers, filling up crevices and levelling with putty if necessary to obtain smooth surface etc. complete as directed to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Supply and installtion of factory made mlulded heavy duty Mid back plastic chair with bottom cushion and mesh for back with hand rest moulded heavy duty frame mounted on metal 5 leg castor wheel with with cushions finished of approved colour and shade. The bottom chushion with frame shall have heavy duty adjustable hydraulic post with level on side for height adjustament, One sample chair shall be supplied for approval before supply in bulk. Office chairs mid back sample to got approved before supply

Supply and installtion of Low Back Visitor chair, mounted on powder coated metal frame, with bottom and back cusion fixed firmly to frame with matching hand rest complete as directed and instructed.One sample chair shall be supplied for approval before supply in bulk.

HVAC WORKS

Design, Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications and as per SMACNA standard of following sheet thickness complete as required. Hot dipped Galvanised with 120GSM Zinc coatingThe price shall include necessary scaffolding required for working at required height.

Supplying and fixing of 19mm thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class "O") insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required. Silver tap to be provided for final finishing of the duct insulation as per instructed and as directed by OIC-ES.
