Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approvedmake, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

WOODEN PARTITION Providing making erecting partitions (partly glazed partly panneled or fully panneled) to required ht. With teak wood frame of 50mmx50mm in 600mm sq. panel or as required at site the wooden panneling with 6mm commercial plywood of approved make and quality on both sides of partition with 6mm groove. The glazed portion teak wood 30mmx12mm bedding on both sides to the required shape skirting at bottom on both the sides to required shape and skirting at bottom on both sides with 125mm x 12mm teak wood and top patti with 125 x 20mm T.W.to required flap/or as filler between the wall/ceiling/flooring and partition. The glazed portion of the partition. The glazed portion of the partition shall have approved make/quality –plain/frosted/bazri 4mm thick glass. Above partition shall be provided with partly glazed partly pannelled 35mm thick Hollow core door of required size or as required with necessary teak wood door frame 75mmx50m m and the shutter shall be hinged or sliding and the glazed portion with 4mm plain or frosted glass sheet, beeding alround the shutters, locks, tower bolts, mortice lock with handle suitable size Nos. 2 door closer of everite make and any other fittings & fixtures required all as specified and directed by EIC.

Providing & fixing 1.5 mm thick approved laminate of required colour over existing surfaces along with the adhesive all as required specification design etc. complete as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge

WOODEN CABINET/ Pedistrals 600 mm width Providing & fixing cabinet made up of 19 mm. Commercial ply of approved make for top, bottom, sides & shelves & 8 mm commercial ply approved make for back side Door shutter made up of 19 mm thick commercial ply and outer surfaces and top of shelves for open type cabinet should be laminated with 1.5 mm thick approved plastic laminate sheet of required colour including all brass fittings such as hinges, tower bolts, ball catches, stopper, SS handle 4”, kNosbs ,approved by Engineer-In-Charge etc. and all exposed edges lipping with 6mm Thick T.W. lipping patti locking arrangement with Godrej multipurpose lock etc. all complete as specified & directed by Engineer-In-Charge.( Full height storage and Low height floor mounted storage). Design should be prepared as per actual measurement and get it approved from EIC, ACTREC.

COMPUTETR TABLE Providing making & supplying computer table made out fo 19mm commercial ply for table top, mounted on the vertical side fo 19mm commercial ply and cabinet made out of 19mm commercial ply for sides, shelves & shutters making concealed monitor arrangement by providing 8mm thick clear glass on table top of required size with edge polish as shown in drawing drawer and ready made key board drawer with heavy sliding channels with powder coated handle for shutter,cable manager drawers all edges shall be lipped with 6mm thick T.W. lipping patti. All exposed faces should be 1.5mm thk laminate of approved colour and non laminated area should be french polished inclu. cost of other materials labor etc. as per drawing and as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying gang saw cut 18 mm thick, mirror polished pre-moulded and pre polished machine cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring in road side plazas and similar locations, laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With granite stone of area less than 0.50 sqm.

One Sample of CHAIR shall be supplied if any modification is required in the sample shall be implemented at quoted cost only not extra cost to be born by ACTREC.

Flush door with vision panel (fixed on hinges with mortise lock) (Size 900 mm L X 2400 MM h Providing & fixing in position door with frame of second class indian teak wood of size 100 x 50 mm & solid core waterproof flush door shutter of 35 mm thick & finished with 1 mm thick laminate of approved colour & texture on both sides & second class teak wood lipping of size 35 x 12 mm on edges of shutter. The shutter shall be provided with a vision panel of size 450 x 450mm using glass of 8 mm thick ( plain with option of etching) fixed with second class indian teak wood beading of size 19 x 12 mm on both sides. Door shall be fixed using SS brush finish brass butt hinges of size 100 x 75 mm x 3 mm & provided with a surface mounted hydralic door closer, SS matt finish concealed mortise lock case with lever handle, 1 no 450 mm tower bolt, pvc door buffer & SS brush finish door stopper. All exposed second class indian teak wood lipping & frame shall be finished with 2 to 3 coats of french polish (matt/gloss) to match the colour / shade of the laminate till the require finish is achieved. All material shall be of approved make. All works shall be completed as per the drawing, specification & direction of EIC.

Dismantling/Removing of existing furnitures including all the components such as tables,storage units,chairs, pedistrials etc. and stacking the serviceable material anywhere in the campus Removing clearing the site complete,carting away all materials out of the hospital as directed by engineer in chargeas directed by EIC.

Floor polishing : Mirror polishing on marble work/Granite work/stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete as dircted by engineer in charge.

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width.
