Carefully removing or chiseling, existing plaster of thickness up to 20 mm from the damaged surface with the help of small chisel and hammer weighing not more than 5 pounds, including collecting, stacking & carting away the debris out of ACTREC wherever required as directed by site in charge.

Removing existing flooring & skirting tiles, along with backing and bedding mortar, clean the surface, lifting & shifting debris to ground floor & carting away the same out of ACTREC premises etc. complete.

Breaking & removing existing RCC wall of any thickness by mechanical cutter without disturbing the adjacent structure, or any other concrete members including cutting of reinforcement by means of chisel & hammer very carefully, proper platform to collect the debris, lowering down & carting away the debris out of ACTREC etc. complete.

Demolishing the existing brick wall along with plaster by means of chisel & hammer very carefully, proper platform to collect the debris, lowering down & carting away the debris etc. Out of ACTREC complete.

Carefully excavating in any kind of soil, in existing building in or out sides, including necessary shoring/propping if required and including carting away the debris including re-making the surface in good as same as existing as directed. Including dewatering and necessary back filling complete

Providing and fixing Temporary barricading in position Dry wall system with GI framing and fixhing 12mm thick Gypsum board and sealing joints at flooring and ceiling with temporary ply door shutter with frame before commencement of turnkey work and removing the same after completion of work etc. complete as directed and instructed.

Dismantling existing terrace water proofing including AAP membrane, cleaning the roof top free from dust and dirt with mechanical wire brush make it receive new concrete, shifing of debries from terrace to ground and carting away out of ACTREC campus complete as directed and instructed.

Providing and laying P.C.C. M15 (1:2:4) concrete in foundation as leveling course 150 mm thick including necessary form work, batching, mixing, placing, consolidating etc. complete including wet curing for specified time period.

Supplying, Providing and placing in position RMC M25 Reinforced cement concrete with 20mm downgraded aggregates for walls/foundation etc of accelerator and maze rooms of thickness ranging from different thickness at all levels including vibrating, curing, providing construction joints, leaving cut-outs/ pockets for placing of inserts/ embedment, etc., complete, including cost of providing steel form work with plywood lining for all shapes (including scaffolding, centering, etc.), but excluding the cost of providing reinforcement all as per specifications. Include precautions to control heat of hydration and obtaining a homogeneous compact concrete. All exposed concrete surface to be of form finish complete as directed and instructed.

Providing and fixing high density (7.75gm/cc) steel plate/built up sections, like angles, channels, I beams etc to the existing concrete surface using holdfast and hot press technique. Also, the footing required to carry weight of steel plate would be included as per approved design by the consultant.

Supply & fabricating and fixing reinforcement for RCC work with high yield strength ribbed cold twisted tor steel of various diameters and all lengths of grade Fe 415 / Fe 500 conforming to BIS specification including cutting, bending, fabricating, welding, wastage and placing in position according to drawings and binding the reinforcement with the use of 16 gauge galvanized binding wire of double fold and providing precast cement cover blocks for main reinforcements to ensure specified cover according to relevant IS code. The measurements will be in accordance with IS code 1200.

Supplying, Drilling/Cleaning hole and injecting Epoxy based chemical insersts. Application to be designed separately for Rebars as Simply Supported, Moment or Splice Connection as per EC2/TR023 or relevant tested and accepted rebar guidelines. rebars. Re 500 -20 mm dia 200-300mm depth (As per design and as per manufacturer's specification)

Providing and doing brick work 115/230/350 mm thick with locally available good bricks of class designation 50, in required thickness of walls, in CM 1: 4, including adding polymer admixture Emaco 141 at 500ml per bag of cement, racking the joints, cleaning, carting away the wastages and curing

Providing & Constructing Solid Cement concrete block of min M-15 grade of 75/100/150/200/250 thickness in CM 1:6 with scaffolding, Labour work at all heights and levels including wastage, scaffolding etc. complete as directed and instructed

Providing and doing pressure grouting with waterproofing compound or structural repairing compound as per manufacturers specification as directed by the Structural consultant, with insertion of pvc nozzles with drilling holes at regular intervals on exist g RCC walls, beams, roof slabs etc. complete as directed and instructed as per manufacturers specification. (considered for existing RCC walls which are developed cracks.)

Providing & applying plaster at an average thickness of 12 to 15 mm in exact line & level in the proportion of 1: 4 cement and sand mortar by manual mixing, with addition of waterproofing chemical @ 150 ml and Harbourite 12 mm fine fibrillated 100% virgin polypropylene fibers @ 150 gm per bag of cement including curing for at least 7 days, carting away a debris, cleaning (Note: Waterproof Plaster considered in Server Room only)

Providing and laying integral cement-based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc. consisting of following operations: a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fiber cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer in- Charge: With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of approved materials of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x 1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized butterfly level clips of size 85x 30x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Supplying, providing and Laying vitrified tiled floor/ dado/skirting, wall on cement screed using 600 x 600 mm /1200 x 600 vitrified tiles. Total thickness of screed and tiles to be 30 mm. including lying 125mm high skirting all round. Laid area of wall, floor and skirting measured and paid

Providing and fixing floor cover with quick access to sub-floor utilities Galvanized Steel Chequer Plate for Cabling from Alcomet make with HI-AX lid has been designed to withstand for heavy loading, all lids are galvanized to prevent corrosion, with the larger lids having substantial underbracing to give the required strength.

Providing and applying Pest and rodent control for the required in all respect including guarantee for the 18 months

Provide and fixing wall paneling up to the ceiling height in Radiation therapy processing room, passage and the control room, using 18/12mm thick high quality plywood paneling with 4mm thick veneer finished, cut to shape and size and fixed to wall in straight line including all supports, screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

P/f Trap door in false ceiling with ACP panel in shutter and frame fixed over 50x50x2 mm thick aluminum hollow section with epoxy sealant as per manufacturer specification suspended from ceiling with suitable MS supporting system as per site condition, including p/f 32mm thick insulation on trap door complete as directed and instructed.

Providing and applying oil based internal paint as per the manufacturer’s specification to the interior surface of masonry walls, underside of roof slabs in UPS room, control room, passages, of approved color and shade with minimum two coats of paint. Item to include preparing the surface with necessary approved fillers, making good by touch up etc. to give the desired finish, all complete. Rate to include cost of the tools, tackles, Labour, equipment, etc. (above Wall Tiling)

Providing and applying exterior paint waterproofing paint, scrap and clean the surface, apply primer as base coat, over the primer coat apply two coats of paint approved color.

Providing & applying enamel paint to wooden or steel doors, scrapping, cleaning the surface, washing and filling the crevices with approved paste/putty as filling sealant & applying the paint with one metal primer base coat, two top coats over the primer

Providing and fixing 5'W x 7'H, 38 mm thick, double leaf doors in solid hard wood core (phenyl Formaldehyde bonded) flush shutters both faces commercial ply including 1st class C.P.T.W. lippings all around, lock plate and complete hardware, finished with both sides 1.0 mm thk. Laminate as per specifications with grooves and clear / frosted glass as per design/detail complete in all aspects with necessary hardware of make Dorset / ozone as per satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge and the furniture drawing.

Repairing and alterations to existing wooden doors, by changing SS hinges, SS fittings and shutters to be 40mm thick, flush type with teak veneers on both sides open type. Inclusive of automatic door a closure, two doors handles per shutter concealed night latch locking device, etc. complete.

Floor-mounted storage cupboards within Bhabhatron room; to store: accessories. (Location: Tomotherapy Room Passage) Size: 200 cm wide x 250 cm high x 60 cm deep (19mm thick Grade Ply)

Open type cabinet with Shelves with 18 mm thick high quality plywood laminated with 0.9mm thick melamine laminates on both side of approved colour and make with 1 numbers of open type shelves 210cmx200X50cm size with 6 horizontal and 3 vertical partitions inside the therapy room with partitions for immobilization devices, electron applicator and cutouts. Type and utility should match with the existing work station. Provide necessary drawer-2 nos and shutter-2 nos as per the requirement from the Radiation physics division. Edges should be finished by machine press. All finishes and quality to be instructed by the engineering - in – charge.

Control console table with wooden/MS partition finished with play and approved laminate combination of courier, table top finished with courier top as per approved architectural design and drawing complete as directed and instructed.

Removing exisitng wooden counter and replacding with new wooden counter of rquired length having min width of 750mm with min height of 1200mm finished front with courian finish both vertical and counter top with smooth edge moulding of dual shade etc complete as directed and instructed.
