Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone bench in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the bench all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Flamed finish granite stone bench Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Providing and laying Autoclaved Aerated concrete (AAC) blocks masonry 100 mm/ 125 mm thick with Grade-I AAC blocks of density 551 to 650 kg/ cum conforming to IS: 2185 (Part 3) in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6 mm dia M.S. bars at every third course of masonry work.

External Plastering and Painting: 20mm thick cement Plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) on rubble stone masonry as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge. Painting as per the colors approved by EIC. (Two Coat Plaster & Two coat Painting)

STREET LIGHTING Supply/replacement, testing & commissioning of external terminal box of size 200 x 250 x 150 mm made of 4 mm thick Cast Iron / PVC, neatly painted complete with front operable door with Allen key locking arrangement, arrangement for gland entry, water proof gasket, 4 Nos. of 8 mm dia. 40 mm long brass terminals on 150 x 30 x 10 mm bakelite strip, 16 A HRC fuse base & carrier with 6 A HRC fuse / 16A SP MCB, 16 A neutral link, nipple or sleeve of external dia. 38 mm which can be inserted in 38 mm dia. GI pipe, all as directed by O-I-C,ES. Equvilent arrangement can be done only after prior approval for make as well as other releted fixing/control gear arrangement. In case of replacement old/removed item shall be returned to E-I-C, ES. STREET LIGHT POLE ERECTION

3 Mtr. hot dip galvanised Octagonal post top type pole having spigot on top of pole, suitable for 44 m/sec wind speed with foundation bolts, bakelite with 1 no. 6A SP MCB and stud type terminal block/connector box of approved make suitable for terminating cable up to 4Cx16 sqmm size.

Casting of new foundation for 3 Mtr. poles of above type inlcuding excavation of pole pit. The concrete mix for RCC foundation of Octagonal pole shall be M20. The scope shall also include grouting of foundation bolts including curing & provision of DWC HDPE pipe for passage the cable and finishing the surface.

MV CABLE WORK Supply. Installation, testing & commissioning of 1.1 KV grade PVC insulated stranded/ round/ flat wire armoured Al conductor power cables ISI mark reputed make fixed on wall/ column/ ceiling or in shaft/ existing trench on 6 mm thick spacers/ angle support fixed with screws/ coach screws/ anchor fasteners, all other fixing accessories etc. as per instruction of Engg.-in-charge.

EXCAVATION THROUGH JCB OR MANUAL All cables to be laid in ground burial format. use JCB or manual digging for all types of soil, ground, roads, pavers etc. Direct burial of cables are not allowed. Scope covers:1)Excavation of ground up to a depth such that the top of the cable shall be minimum 900MM below the finished ground level. 2) After cable laying sand bidding to be done of 100mm thick and bricks to be provided. 4)Supply, Fixing, Painting & Sign writing of Route marker and Joint Indicators if any To prepare shop drawing and to take approval of consultant & client at each stage.8)To prepare & submit as-built drawing and handing over document to end user. To repair the road as existing after completion of excavation and backfilling work Exavation of all kind of soil as per required 900 mm below ground level including blasting & chiseling, using compressor, dewatering, back filling, reinstatement IIncluding bricks and sand , after work completion, if necessary disposal of excess earth within the radius of 500 Mtrs etc, stacking of rocks at selected places as per instruction of EIC.
