WATER PROOF PLASTER: Providing and laying water proof cement plaster 20mm in two coat backing coat of 12mm thick in CM 1:3 and second coat 8mm thick in CM 1:3 finish including supplying and adding water proofing compound weight of cement at all floor levels for repair to chambers, manholes, water retaining structures, depressions in bath/WCS etc. in quantities as required at site including scaffolding, curing layer will be allowed to air cure for 4hours followed with water curing for 48 hours, hacking of concrete surface etc. complete all as directed by engineer-incharge (to maintain bone dry condition underneath for 10 yrs) The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipe sand masonry with polymer mixed slurry. (Rates also includes disposing/taking away the debris outside the premises of ACTREC and disposing as per the statutory guidelines)

GULLY TRAP:Providing & fixing in position best glazed stone ware gully trap with 150x150mm sq. inlet and 100mm n.b. outlet conforming to IS 651 including embedding the trap in 1:4:8 cement concrete 150mmx150mm GI grating at top, construction of brick masonary chamber 300mmx300mm (internal) in 230mm thick brick masonry embedding the trap plastering with cement mortar 1:4 20mm thick on inside and all exposed faces finished with a floating coat of neat cement,providing & fixing CI frame and hinged cover weighing Not less then 7kgs painting the grating frame and cover with2 coats of approved bitumastic paint etc. complete.

Providing and laying 250 mm dia half-round R.C.C. pipes in 1:5:10 cement concrete bedding including bends and connecting the joints with a stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement: 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete
