Cement concrete of specified grades at all locations & depths for the following works using graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size including necessary form work, machine mixing, transporting, placing in position consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. Notes: a) Reinforcement provided if any shall be measured & paid under relevant item. b) MS frame works around pedestals etc. if provided shall be measured under relevant item. c) The dimensions of pedestals/ foundations are likely to be varied and rate quoted shall be final without any additional cost to the Department. PCC M-10 grade in bed concrete to foundations, pedestal, encasing etc.

PCC M-15 grade in sub base flooring, foundation in pedestals, cable pits, cable trenches, plinth protection, encasing etc.

Plum Concrete M-15 grade with 40% of approved quality basalt / trap Boulders of 50 mm to 300 mm size.

Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M-30 in foundation and plinth at all levels and locations conforming to I.S.456-2000 and 13920 latest edition, using 20mm maximum size down graded stone aggregate including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Notes for Reinforced Cement Concrete works: i) Cement for structural works shall be OPC/PPC ISI marked and duly approved by the Engineer-in-charge. ii) PPC/ blended cement of ISI marked shall only be used for finishing works on prior approval of Engineer-in-charge. iii) All RCC work shall be controlled concrete unless otherwise specified and shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the drawings and specifications. iv) The rates for RCC works shall be exclusive of cost of reinforcement and form work unless otherwise mentioned. v) All coarse aggregate to be of 20mm. maximum size & uniformly graded unless otherwise mentioned. vi) The water tank and other tanks shall be executed strictly as per following criteria without any additional cost. a) The water tank and other tank work shall be executed as per IS 3370 latest editions in addition to other relevant IS code mentioned elsewhere. b) The minimum cement content for water retaining structures tank shall not be less than 330 kg/cum and not more than 400 kg/cum. c) During construction of raft slab of underground tank, lift pit dewatering shall be continuously carried out to avoid development of water pressure. d) Dead load in the form of sand bag shall be placed on the raft slab of underground tank, lift pit, so as to counteract the pore pressure until the walls are constructed and back filling is done. Number of sand bags required and time period of loading etc. shall be at the discretion of the Engineer in Charge. vii) For all RCC items, the rates quoted shall include the following without any extra cost to the Department. a) Spacers to maintain clear cover for reinforcement. b) Fixing at correct level and in proper alignment the inserts, pipe sleeves, pipe bends, hooks, other pipe specials etc. supplied by/ through the dept. c) Making cut-out wherever required including cutting the form works etc. d) Test for Concrete shall be done as per IS 456-2000 and the cost of the same shall be borne by the contractor. For all type of Structural/ RCC elements with all geometrical shape and sizes

Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) conforming to IS :4926 (latest) in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC items supplied by approved RMC manufacturers for all type of structural elements/ RCC/ PCC elements including transporting, pumping etc. complete as per instruction of the Engineer in charge. Notes: i) The contractor shall obtain prior approval for RMC manufacturer from Engineer in Charge in writing. ii) The rate shall apply for all levels and locations including all type of structure etc. iii) Extra for RMC in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC of any grade mentioned elsewhere shall be measured and paid under this item for substructure works.

Providing, erecting, fixing in position striking/ removing and cleaning steel / timber shuttering & centering for formwork in foundation and plinth at all locations for all geometrical shapes in plain, curved surfaces of structural/ RCC elements including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, props, rails, bracings, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, where plastering to be done, including all materials, labour etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Notes for form work: a) Area of form work in contact with concrete shall only be measured for payment and stop boards for construction joints will not be measured for payment. b) The rate of form work shall include all type of structural/ RCC elements and geometric shapes including circular and any other curved surfaces. c) For double/ multi stage shuttering design calculations and details / drawings for scaffolding shall be submitted by the contractor well in advance. Prior written approval of formwork shall be obtained from Engineer in Charge, before commencement of work. d) Nothing extra shall be entertained for revision in drawings

Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying, delivering, storing of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position at all locations & levels and binding with 18gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note: The cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor and binding wire shall not be measured for payment. Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D/550D manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL, JSW and RINL only.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 115mm/ 150mm/ 230mm thick AAC blocks as per approved manufacturer, using approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar in sub structure at all locations, levels & lead with RCC band, all complete as per direction of Engineer in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for separately)

Cement plaster using READY MIX Plaster (RMP) of approved manufacturer in single/ double coat over concrete/ masonry surfaces in CM 1:4 of thickness mentioned below at lift pit/ trenches and all locations to correct line, level, plane, plumb etc., finished smooth with neat cement finish, including preparing the surface, scaffolding, curing etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. 20 mm thick smooth finish in two coats on concrete surfaces (internal trench/pit) with water proofing agent @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers specifications.

Filling in plinth with selected earth excavated from nearby borrow areas with all leads in Campus by mechanical transport including all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, levelling, spreading, in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick, breaking clods, watering, consolidation to obtain 90% proctor density etc. complete as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note : The rate includes making stacks at site for measurements.

Supplying, laying, spreading and compacting the Approved Quality Hard murum, including laying in layers of 200 mm thickness and compaction compulsory using vibratory tamper/plate compactor of required capacity, including artificial watering for settle etc. Approved quality hard murum of required depth is used. Only compacted thickness shall be measured for working out quantity for the payment by taking the Area and depth by Level measurements etc. Rate shall include the cost of all Men, materials, machineries & tools, royalty charges, etc. involved to complete the work in all aspects and all complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Disposing off the surplus excavated materials beyond initial lead by mechanical transport to the near by dumping pits/ dumping areas within 3 km inside the site premises/Out side the colony or site premises including all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, spreading, levelling etc. complete as per drawings, specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note: Voids @ 20% for soils and 50% for soft rock/ hard rock shall be deducted from fully loaded truck measurements to arrive at the net quantity for payment in case direct measurement is not possible. Disposing off the surplus excavated materials within 3 km inside the site premises

Providing and laying dry rubble stone hard core soling of following consolidated thickness in sub base to floor and in plinth protection to required levels and lines with first quality rubble, hand set, well packed including filling the interstices with smaller stone chips of approved quality, supplying & finishing/ blinding the surfaces with approved blinding quality murrum/ stone dust including watering, consolidation etc. complete as per specification drawings & as directed by Engineer in charge. Note: Quoted rates shall include the cost of filling materials of smaller stone chips and murrum/ stone dust etc. 230mm consolidated thickness.

150mm consolidated thickness.

Supplying and spreading pesticides chlorpyriphos or other chemical approved by central insecticides board as directed by the manufacturer and spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as pre-construction anti-termite treatment at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m. on vertical and 5 ltrs. per sq.m. on horizontal surfaces (or as directed by the manufacturer) within the trenches, 50% of the emulsion to be filled in the holes made in trenches at 150mm. centre to centre etc. complete as per IS 6313 Part-II. (The payment will be made on the basis of plinth area measurement only at ground floor/ stilt area for all stages of operation and vertical face will not be measured for payment) all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note: a) This item will be executed through approved agency who is a member of Indian Pest Control Association, approved by Central Insecticides Board. b) The contractor shall have to furnish ten years guarantee in the prescribed Proforma as per Section-10 (iv) Conditions and clauses of contract-2008, to maintain the anti-termite treated area/ structure free from termite. c) Prior approval of Engineer in Charge shall be obtained after testing the chemical for Antitermite to be used and shall be tested in approved laboratory and to be submitted to Engineer in Charge. Cost of testing shall be included in the rates quoted.

Providing and laying damp proof course 50 mm thick at plinth level in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 10mm. maximum size and down graded stone aggregate, mixed with approved water proofing compound at 2% by weight of cement laid to levels, slopes etc. including applying a coat of hot bitumen of grade 80/100 at 17 kg./10 sq.m. including cost of form work, curing all complete as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying patent box type cement based water proofing treatment of approved agency for basement raft, vertical walls, lift well & trenches etc. at all levels & locations as per specification of the water proofing agency including cleaning of surfaces, curing and testing the basement raft/ pit for water tightness, rectification of defects if any, etc. complete as per specification and drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Notes for waterproofing works:- a) The contractor shall get written approval from the Engineer-in-charge, for the water proofing agency engaged and shall submit the specification of the waterproofing agency before commencement of work. b) The contractor shall test the surface where water proofing treatment is provided for bone dry condition by filling up with water. No wet patches or leaks shall appear on the surrounding wall or under side of the slab. c) The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper in the Proforma as per Section 10 (iii) of Condition & Clauses of Contract 2008 for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the water proofing treated area in bone dry condition for 10 years. During the guarantee period the contractor shall attend all leakages, defects etc. if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification within a weeks time from the date of intimation about such leakages/ defects. Providing 50 mm to 70mm thick waterproofing treatment on horizontal surfaces for base/ floor consisting of i) Ist layer Shahabad stone of approx. size 600 x 600 x 20mm thick of approved quality rough stone slab over a 25mm thick base of ready-mix cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 course sand) mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in the recommended proportion. Joints shall be sealed and grouted with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 in proportions recommended by the manufacturer. ii) 2nd layer of 25mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions. iii) Finishing top with stone aggregate of 10mm to 12mm nominal size spreading @ 8cudm/sqm thoroughly embedded in the 2nd layer.

Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on the vertical surface by fixing Shahabad stone of approx. size 600 x 600 x 20mm thick of approved quality (rough stone slab) with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 in recommended proportion with a gap of 20mm (minimum) between stone slabs and the receiving surfaces and filling the gaps with neat cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the exterior stone slab with ready mix cement mortar1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 20mm thick with neat cement punning mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Structural steel work, using angles, tees, flats, bars, chequered plates, inserts fabricated out of mild steel bars, ISMC, ISMB, angles, pipes, plates, hollow sections etc. of all shapes, sizes at all levels floors and location including supplying, cutting, fabricating, welding, erecting, making holes/ chases wherever required and fixing / embedding in position in concrete/ masonry work with necessary hold fasts/ screws & rawl plugs and finishing the concrete/ masonry work after fixing/ embedding including painting two coats of anticorrosive bitumastic paint on all unexposed surfaces and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour on all exposed surfaces over a coat of approved zinc chromate primer etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying NP 3 class of following diameter RCC hume pipe including making holes in masonry/ concrete work wherever required, to be laid in ground/from concrete cable trench to ground, for passing of cables with necessary joints, concrete supports, making good the holes after laying the hume pipe with collar joints using stiff mixture of ready mix cement mortar (1:2) and sealing open ends with wooden bush etc. all complete as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Earthwork, road work and PCC for embedment shall be paid under relevant items). 150mm dia pipes

PART I-B : SUPER-STRUCTURE (STRUCTURAL) i) Super structure items included in this schedule pertains to all the works above plinth level upto roof including parapets, water tanks, machine room, terrace level works etc. unless specified otherwise. Reinforced cement concrete of grade M-30 in super structure conforming to IS 456-2000 and 13920 latest edition, at all floors and levels for all structural members in all geometrical shapes/ design as per drawings using graded stone aggregate of 20mm and down graded including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing, etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications & as directed by Engineer in Charge. Providing, erecting, fixing, centering, shuttering work using ply board to obtain form finished concrete surfaces of F3 finish to ceilings at all heights & locations including single/ multiple staging at all floors and locations for all geometrical shapes in plane, curved surfaces of structural/ RCC elements including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, props, rails, bracings, brackets, cutting hole for pipes etc. providing and applying approved form oil to all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete and striking/ removal of the same including finishing by filling form-tie holes, removal of fins, ridges and irregularities by grinding, filling air holes, with sack rubbed finish cleaning up loose and adhering debris including all materials labour etc. complete as per specifications drawings and as directed by Engineer in charge.

PART - I-D : STEEL REINFORCEMENT WORK Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying steel bars of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor & shall not be measured for payment). Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D /550D manufactured by SAIL , TATA STEEL, JSW and RINL only.

PART - I-E : MASONRY WORK Notes: a) The contractor shall get approved the samples of autoclaved aerated cement blocks from the Engineer-In-Charge before procurement on large scale and shall maintain the same for the entire work. b) Necessary Openings/ niches/ pipe sleeves/ cut-outs, wherever required as per drawings and asked for by the Engineer-In-Charge, shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. c) Masonry wall thickness shall be considered as 230mm/ 150mm/ 115mm thick and lesser wall thickness if any shall be made up to the required dimensions by the contractor in CM 1:4 using Ready Mix Mortar to proper line, level and plumb without any extra cost to the Department. d) The rate shall include cost of making autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry to all geometrical shapes and sizes without any extra cost to the Department. Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 115mm/ 150mm/ 200mm / 230mm thick AAC blocks as per approved manufacturer, using approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar in super structure above plinth level at all locations, levels & lead with RCC band at sill level and lintel level all complete as per direction of Engineer in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for separately)

PART -I-F : FLOORING WORK Notes: a) Adjustment of levels in thickness of mortar bedding due to different types of flooring, if any, shall be done by the contractor without any extra cost to the Department upto theoretical floor thickness of 50mm b) In case theoretical floor thickness is increased to accommodate Raceways/ Electrical service boxes, additional bedding material beyond floor thickness of 50mm shall be paid extra in lean concrete as approved by EIC. c) The contractor shall submit and get approved the sample for flooring, skirting, dado tiles from Engineer in charge before bulk procurement. d) Pattern & design of flooring/ skirting/ dado shall be approved by the Engineer in charge before commencement of work. e) All Exposed edges of all natural stones used for the works like Kotah, Marble, Granite etc. shall be machine cut and shall have uniform thickness, moulded/ chamfered and mirror polished with high gloss finish as approved by Engineer in charge unless otherwise mentioned.f) The rate shall include cost of making Designs/ patterns in the flooring to all geometrical shapes/ curves of different radius and sizes with no extra cost to the Department. (Any curved design/ patterns in flooring/ Dado, tiles/ stones shall be cut using water jet at factory) g) All Kota stone work shall be mirror polished to get high gloss finish and the rate shall be inclusive of the same in the respective item. h) Wherever dissimilar floor finishes are placed adjacent 3mm thick x 25mm wide aluminium flat dividing strips shall be provided by the contractor without any additional cost to the Department. i) The sizes of tiles mentioned are approximate and subject to the availability in market during execution. If the required size is not available the next higher size of tiles shall be used without any extra cost to the Department. The tenderer may note the same and quote accordingly. j) The contractor is to take appropriate step to protect the polishing surface/ glazed surfaces of granite stone, vitrified tiles, ceramic tiles flooring and pre polished Kotah stone for tread and riser by providing and laying 6mm thick POP during construction period without any additional cost. The surfaces are to be cleaned only at the time of handing over. Providing & laying at all floors & locations Somani Vitrified "Duragress Series" tiles or Equivalent (Glossy/ Matt/ Satin) / antiskid as per approved design and pattern of approved manufacturers of following sizes having thickness 8.5 mm or as per manufacturer's specification, tiles conforming to IS 15622 in flooring/ skirting/ dado/ cladding at all floors and location, heights/ levels and lead in approved pattern and colour laid over Ready Mix Mortar bedding/ backing, including cleaning and preparing the surface for bedding, spreading the neat cement slurry, close jointed and grouted with matching coloured ready made cement grout and approved pigment as per manufacturer's specifications, finished to level, line, slope and plumb, cutting of tiles, wastage, making openings/ cut out if necessary, final cleaning of surfaces, curing etc. all as per drawings, specifications & as directed by Engineer in charge. In flooring using tile of size 600 x 600mm laid over 20mm thick Ready Mix Mortar 1:4 bedding and spreading neat cement slurry by using minimum cement about 2kg/sqm prior to bedding and spreading cement paste using minimum cement of about 4.50kg/sqm over bedding, including 3 mm thick and 8mm deep grout line using PVC spacers for creating true alignment and gap between vitrified tile wherever mentioned in drg & the 3mm spacer joints filled with approved epoxy tile grout including providing and laying Durafloor protector XF 3mm thick sheet of M/s. Supreme industries/ equivalent over the whole vitrified tile cleaning the same before handing over without damaging the finished surface & making good if damaged, if any. Note: In case the tiles of prescribed sizes not available , alternate tiles of nearby dimensions of area 0.64 sqm to 1.0 sqm shall be used as approved by Engineer in charge without additional cost to department.

In skirting using tiles of size 600X100mm/1200x100mm laid over 12mm thick Ready mix mortar 1:4 backing. (Rate should inclusive of back coat plaster)

Providing and laying at all floors and levels 6mm.(min.) thick or as per specifications of approved manufacturer first quality matt finished/ anti skid/ rectified ceramic tile flooring /dado/cladding as per the approved pattern and colour as mentioned below in cement mortar bedding /backing, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings/ cut-out if necessary, wastage and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing etc. complete all as per Engineer in Charge. Note: The sizes of tiles mentioned are approximate and subject to the availability in market during execution. If the required size is not available the next higher size of tiles shall be used without any extra cost to the Department. The tenderer may note the same and quote accordingly. In flooring with approved tile of 300x300mm anti skid ceramic tile laid over 20mm thick Ready Mix Mortar 1:4 bedding and spreading neat cement slurry by using minimum cement about 2 kg/sqm prior to bedding and spreading cement paste using minimum cement about 4.50kg/sqm over bedding, including providing and laying Durafloor protector XF 3mm thick sheet of M/s Supreme Industries or equivalent over the whole ceramic tile flooring area along with removing and cleaning the same before handing over without damaging the finished surface & making good if damaged, if any.

In dado/ cladding with 300x600mm size with approved design/ pattern etc. tile laid over plastered surface fixed with Bal-Endura/Fosroc /Roff tile adhesive as per IS:15477 or as approved and as per manufacturer's as backing applied with suitable comb to get 3mm uniform tile adhesive backing after pressing the tile in position, PVC corner bedding/ nosing of approved quality and colour at the corner and edges of the tiles including finishing and embedding in the wall, with 2 nos. decorative bands etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge. The rate is inclusive of back coat plaster.

Providing and laying machine cut and machine polished Kotah stone flooring at all floor & location with necessary cement mortar bedding, close jointed & grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, level, curing etc. as required, including cutting of stone slab, wastage, making cut outs, wherever required, machine polishing/ hand polishing (where machine cannot have access) etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. In flooring with mirror polished Kotah stone slab of size 600mm x 600mm/ 575mm x 575mm x 25mm thick laid over 20mm. thick Ready mix mortar 1:4 bedding.

In skirting with 20 mm thk mirror polished Kotah stone slab of size 600mm/575mm x 100mm laid over 12mm thick Ready mix mortar 1:3 backing. (Rate should inclusive of back coat plaster)

Providing and laying machine cut and machine polished Kotah stone for treads/ risers/ steps/ ramps etc as mentioned below at all floor & location with necessary cement mortar bedding/ backing, close jointed & grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, level, curing etc. as required, including cutting of stone slab, wastage, making cut outs, wherever required, machine polishing/ hand polishing (where machine cannot have access) etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. For treads 25mm uniform thick in single piece in length up to 1250/ 1500mm (approx.) laid over 20mm thick Ready mix mortar 1:4 bedding including providing factory cut three Nos. of antiskid grooves including half round moulding the edges etc. complete.

For risers 20mm thick in single piece (length up to 1250/ 1500 mm (approx.) laid over 12mm thick Ready mix mortar 1:4 backing (Rate should inclusive of back coat plaster)

In slopped skirting with 20 mm thk mirror polished Kotah stone slab of size 600mm/575mm x 100mm laid over 12mm thick Ready mix mortar 1:3 backing. (Rate should inclusive of back coat plaster)

In Ramps with 100 mm wide strips and 20mm thick of maximum 1500mm length laid over 20mm thick Ready mix mortar 1:4 bedding.

Providing & laying machine cut machine polished natural stones as mentioned below for kitchen platform/ wash basin counter topping, vertical and Horizontal facia over and including necessary ready mix cement mortar for backing/ bedding, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, slope, level, plumb, curing etc. as required including cutting of stone slabs, wastages, making cut outs wherever required etc. all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. i) For kitchen platform/ wash basin counter top, upto 600mm wide in single piece in combination, consisting of machine cut machine polished on one side minimum 35 mm thick cuddapah stone at bottom and mirror polished machine cut 18 mm thick Jet black Granite stone at top fixed with 47 mm thick 1:4 ready mix cement mortar, between two stone slabs (Double stone slab sandwich type) including providing cut out if any to fix Sink/ wash basin, including necessary cement paste, moulding and polishing the edges, providing required slope to drain away water, etc. complete.

ii) For facia, in kitchen platform facia / wash basin counter facia upto 100 mm wide / 300 high vertical sides / or any other size as shown in the drawing, machine cut machine polished 18mm thick jet black Granite stone, half round moulded wherever required fixed with epoxy resin based adhesive, with clamp/ pins as per requirement, including round moulding and polishing the edges etc. complete. iii) For vertical support of wash basin counter/ kitchen platform/ shelves/ racks etc., consisting of 2 nos 35 mm thick cuddapah stones, machine cut machine polished on exposed sides, placed back to back, sandwiched between the stones with 30 mm thick CM1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only). iv) For vertical support of wash basin counter/ kitchen platform etc., consisting of 1 no 35 mm thick machine cut machine polished on one side cuddapah stone slabs and other side 18mm thick jet black granite stone back to back, sandwiched between the stones with 47 mm thick CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including rubbing and polishing of cut edges all in line, level, plumb etc. complete. Notes :- i) Only top clear exposed plan area of the combined slab system shall be measured for payment and area of bottom slab, cuddapah sandwich vertical support, granite facia etc. shall not be measured. ii) The rate shall be inclusive of making necessary recess in masonry wall to provide minimum bearing of 25mm for the sandwich slab system. iii) The thickness of cuddapah stone shall be 35mm (+) or (-) acceptable tolerance. The agency may quote accordingly. Providing and fixing at all floors & levels, machine cut and machine pre-polished on top, bottom & exposed edges, 35 mm thick cuddapah shelves of uniform thickness including cutting recesses alround in wall embedding (minimum 25 mm alround) with Ready mix cement mortar 1:3 or in case of concrete member supported over 40x40x6 mm MS angle to the correct line, level, curing, making good the surfaces etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge. (The cost of MS angle shall be paid separately under relevant item.) Note: Only area of exposed top surface of shelves shall be measured for payment under this item.

Providing, machine mixing and laying in approved Panels of 40mm thickness IPS flooring in cement concrete mix of 1:2:4 using graded stone aggregate of 12mm maximum size with colouring pigment, at all levels, well vibrated, compacted including providing and fixing 25mm x 3mm thick aluminium dividing strip, laid in panel of size not exceeding 2.00 sqm, to correct level and finished smooth, curing including preparation of surface by cleaning, hacking and exposing aggregate to achieve the bond, all complete as per specification, drawing and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Cement plaster 20mm thick in skirting with Ready Mix Mortar 1:4 finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement, correct to line, level and plumb including rounding of junctions with flooring etc. complete as per specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing in position at all floors, levels/ heights 16mm thick mirror polished natural stones slab for door frame/window frames in two overlapping layers one piece full length/ height of approved shade, finished sizes as directed including machine cut/ hand cut, final cleaning, moulding and polishing of all exposed edges, in line, level, plumb and fixing the stone with ready mix cement mortar 1:3, 20mm backing & overlapping of 20mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive, with best workmanship, finishing, including curing, scaffolding, providing 75mm long SS screw minimum @600mm c/c etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. 16 mm thick machine cut and single side mirror polished Baroda green marble stone for window cill, jamb etc. including half round moulding & polishing of exposed face etc complete.

PART I-G : DOORS AND WINDOWS Note: a) The items of door frames, window frames shall include sealing the joints all round with the masonry work/ concrete and doors or windows with approved mastic filler cement grout/ epoxy compound/polysulphide compound or by any other means whatsoever, by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge to make the joints watertight. b) The work contemplated under the item for supplying and fixing the window/door frames shall be got done by the contractor through specialised agencies in the field, approved by the Department. c) One sample each of the door frame, shutter and window with all fittings and fixtures along with locking arrangement including glass panes etc. complete as per schedule of quantities drawing and specifications should be submitted for preliminary inspection before procurement on large scale. The contractor shall submit six copies of shop drawings for windows, ventilators and steel door with frames showing dimensional details of construction etc. for approval of the Engineer-in-charge. After preliminary inspection, the sample should be fixed. Defects etc, if any shall be rectified to the full satisfaction of the Department and after obtaining formal approval in writing of Engineer in charge. d) Door frames, shutters and the windows to be supplied and fixed in position should cater the dimensional tolerance of the openings to an extent of (+/-) 2%. The rates quoted by the tenderers should hold good for such variation. Test shall be conducted by the Department for the flush doors as per IS-2202-1983 Part-I from each consignment and the cost incurred on this account shall be borne by the contractor. e) For bonding the flush doors, block boards, ply wood and all types of wood works, phenol- formal dehyde synthetic resin type adhesives conforming to IS-848-1957 shall be used. f) The rate shall include cost of making the doors & windows etc. in all geometrical shapes and sizes without any extra cost to the Department. g) Decorative veneer and lamination sheets if mentioned shall be hot pressed at factory during manufacturing of door shutters. Providing & fixing pressed steel door frames of following profile fabricated out of 1.6mm. (16 gauge) thick G.I sheet of coating (class VIII of zinc coating) 120gram/ sqm, manufactured by Sail/ Lloyds/ Jindal or of equivalent profiles/ size generally conforming to IS4351-2003 with suitable one/ two set rebates for fixing shutters and also rebate suitable for fixing fixed glazing including hole for self tapping screws wherever shown in the drawing, each frame to contain hinge jamb, lock jamb and head all rigidly fixed together with welded/ mechanical joints with back plates/ angles to correct shape & angles including providing and fixing base ties with GI channel l50x25mm 1.6mm. thick suitable section to suit floor thickness/ angle thresholds with MS angle 25x25x3mm. 6 nos. of adjustable lugs per frame, providing and welding of 40x40x5mm, 150mm long angle cleats for hinges with necessary tapped holes for fixing counter sunk headed machine screws to suit heavy duty oxidised/ stainless steel hinges of size125 X 65 x 2.8mm/ 125 x 76 x 2.80mm/ 100 x 59 x 2.60mm/ 75 x 48 x 2.45mm or shop type welding and self taping screw hinges/ piano hinges etc. and finishing the same to smooth etc. (but excluding the cost of hinges which shall be paid under the relevant item) including providing each door frame with necessary lock strike plates, mortar guards, buffers, bushes etc. required for tower bolt/ baby latches, tadi, safety chains, aldrop etc. including fixing the frame to masonry work/ concrete work with necessary PCC or bolted/ screwed to concrete work, painting a shop coat of polyurethane paint including etching the surface with ETCH primer etc. including painting the exposed surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour over a coat of red oxide/ zinc chromate primer and painting the unexposed surfaces with two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint, after rectifying the damaged PU primer due to transport including filling the hollows of door frame with C.C. 1:2:4 using 12mm size down graded stone aggregate, curing, finishing etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note: The quoted rate shall include cost of base tie/ angle and all accessories mentioned in the item description except iron mongeries (i.e. fittings and fixtures with wood and machine/ self taped screws as required, which shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.) Profile 145mm x 60 mm with single rebate.

Providing & fixing in position second class approved quality teak wood moulded, rebated frames of finished size as shown in drawing, conforming to IS : 4021-1995 for kitchen cabinet / cupboard/ exhaust fan/ door frame etc. at all heights and locations including making holes in concrete/ masonry walls, including providing and fixing MS hold fasts 300mm x 30mm x 3mm thick embedded in plain cement concrete 1:3:6 in case of brick work and M.S coach screw 100mm long or of equivalent size in case of RCC/ stone works, painting two coats of bitumastic paint for all unexposed surfaces coming in contact with concrete/ masonry and painting the exposed surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over a coat of approved primer etc. complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (Finished size will be considered for payment.)

Providing and fixing 19/12mm thick marine ply for wardrobe/ cabinet, cupboard, kitchen cabinet, drawers etc.at all floors and levels consisting of single or double leaf shutters, shelves, sides supports bonded with phenol formaldehyde resin, shutter of approved manufacturer, with second class teakwood lipping of size 18/12mm X 8mm all round shutter, shelves and side supports and 18mm x25mm at Z shape / flat meeting style of shutter including providing and fixing 1.5/1.0 mm thick decorative laminate sheet of approved make, colour and shade fixed over both sides, exposed edges etc. with approved adhesive as shown in the drawing including cost of all materials, adhesives labours, wastages, fixing of fitting and fixtures(cost of fitting & fixture will be paid under relevant item ) painting the non laminated surface and edges with Synthetic Enamel paint etc. all complete as per specification, drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Marine ply 19mm thick finished with synthetic enamel paint on both sides of shelves.

Marine ply 12mm thick finished with 1.0 mm thick laminate on one side and synthetic enamel paint on other side of the drawers.

Note:- Decorative veneer/ lamination sheets shall be hot pressed at factory during manufacturing of door shutters. 38mm thick single leaf flush door shutter prelaminated with minimum 1.5 mm thick laminate of approved make & colour on both side with 200mm x 750 mm vision panel 5 mm thick clear glass.

Providing & fixing fire rated door frame & shutter system at all floors & locations using system of approved manufacturer or approved equivalent, the non-metallic wooden door frame & shutter system having 60 minute (1 hr) fire rating, asbestos free, fully insulated composite fire resistant conforming to BS:476, part 20-22, integrity, insulation and stability (3 criteria: fully insulated) as per IS:3614 Part 2, as per prototype tested & certified by Fire Research Laboratory, like CBRI Roorkee, IPIRTI, Bangalore, with standard heating conditions as specified in IS:3809-1979 and BS:476 (Part 20 - 22)-1987 to achieve the required integrity & insulation (i.e. to restrict the heat radiation, temperature rise on the non fire side to the maximum of 140 degree centigrade above the ambient temperature on the unexposed surface of the shutter) (a) Door Frame-The fire rated, non-metallic engineered wooden door frame of section 150 mm X 75 mm with 2 Nos of intumescent strip (imported) on all three members to take care of hot smoke. the size of the intumescent strips shall be 10 mm X 2 mm, concealed in the groove of the frame. Installation of the frame to be done with specially designed door anchoring systems so that there are no holes in the frames. The anchoring system shall have 3 anchoring points on each side of the frame that shall secure the frames in the floor as well as on the wall. The frame anchoring system shall be secures with 4 anchor fasteners on each side (2 per set) for any type of wall except brick walls, In case of brick work, M.S coach screw 100mm long or of equivalent size shall be used. The entire anchoring system should be concealed between the frame and the wall. Architraves : Telescopic type architrave to take care of 10mm variation in the wall width to be provided. This should be manufactured from Marine grade calibrated ply as per IS 710. Foam: All gaps between the wall and the frame should be filled with imported Fire retardant PU foam of Brand Multifoam or equivalent. The entire set shall be decorated with approved shade of 1.00mm thick decorative fire retardant laminate sheet of approved colour, pattern & shade fixed on both sides etc. with approved adhesive machine pressed for all surfaces including edges including cost of all materials, adhesives, labours, wastages if any.(b) Door Shutter-The fire rated, non-metallic wooden door shutter (single / double leaf) of not less than 55 mm thick made out of wooden perimeter railing (stiles & Rails). The hollow section in the perimeter railing should be filled with high density ceramic wool. this assembly to be layered with MGO board of thickness 8 to 10mm on both sides further supported with Marine grade calibrated ply as per IS 710 on both sides. Smoke intumescent seal of size 20 mm X 4 mm with casing to be mounted in the grooves in the shutter on all sides except bottom with wooden beading on all side. Including providing and fixing 1.0 mm thick decorative HPL (High Pressure Laminate) or decorative ply based veneer sheet of approved colour, pattern & shade fixed on both sides etc. with approved adhesive; machine pressed for all surfaces including edges including cost of all materials, adhesives, labours, wastages if any. Hinges: Minimum 4 Nos of Fire Retardant hinges shall be supplied with the Shutter to be supplied by manufacturer without any extra cost to the department as per the fire norms and as approved. Slotting: The shutter shall be prepared for installation of any type of hardware at the factory. Vision Panel: If any shall be fire rated 6mm glass of Scott Pyran or equivalent thoroughly held on both sides. The minimum width of the glass has to be 200/300mm and Maximum length can be 1000mm.(c) Installation & Certification-The installation of door frame & shutter system shall be from approved licensed agency of Local Statutory Authority for installation of fire door frame & shutter system to be submitted by agency and Fire Resistant certification as required by Local Statutory Authority shall be furnished by Manufacturer of Fire rated door frame & shutter system including Form "A", etc all complete as per specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer in charge. ( Note:- The outer to outer length & width of frame only will be measured for calculation of area of payment) upto door Size 2.50 X 2.50 mtr with double leaf shutter and as per Architectural / CFO requirement.

Supplying & fixing 25 mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet in form of flush finish door shutter, manufactured by M/s.Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cell sheet) , Rajashree Plastiwood or other equivalent approved make of white colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides including providing recessions for hinges and providing & fixing 3 nos 100 mm heavy duty S.S. hinges and 2 Nos. 100 mm heavy duty SS baby latches, 2 nos. of 150 mm SS Bow handles with back plate of M/s Shalimar Hardware or approved equivalent and including providing an opening of size 300 mm X 200 mm including providing and fixing PVC moulded louvers on both faces in the opening with ss screws, all edges to be smooth finish with mixture of PVC powder & solvent etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing in position approved quality 2nd class teak wood architraves of finished section of approved profile for the following sizes fixed to pressed steel frames of door/ cup board/ MS doors at all floors as per drawing including providing and fixing M.S. self taped screws at 600mm center, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make, & colour over one coat of approved primer etc. all complete as per specification & drawings.

Providing and fixing of 120 minutes fire rated medium duty hollow metal doors of M/S Shakti Hormann or approved equivalent as per IS 3614: 2021. Pressed galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specification. Recommended fire door shall be tested to IS 17518 (Part 1) : 2022 / ISO 3008-1 : 2019, from CBRI lab only. ISI marked labelled fire doors shall be with fire rated hardware and vision panel all as a complete assembly. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating is mandatory. Door frame shall be single rebate grooved profile of size 125 x 55mm made out of 1.20mm (18gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be metered and field assembled with self tabs. Frames to have in-built grooved sealing system for taking fire rated seals. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Frames shall be filled with cement concrete 1:2:4 Door leaf shall be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door, sandwiched panel un-insulated with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 1.2mm (18guage) minimum thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be honeycomb core. All doors shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors integrated astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Vision lite wherever applicable shall be maximum 150 x 750mm (or max 0.12sq.mt) with clear borosilicate fire rated glass of 6mm. Glass shall be fixed with suitable gasket and with clip-on arrangement. Door and frames shall be finished Pure Polyester Powder coated and shall have passed minimum 500 hours of salt spray test. Note: (i) Shop drawing has to be submitted for approval of Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Clear opening in masonry shall be measured for payment. (iii) Rate is inclusive of the following fixtures such as hinges (S.S. 304 Ball bearing butt hinges 100mm X 75mm X 3mm - 4 nos. for each shutter), locks (Mortice dead lock - one for each door), Euro profile cylinder, door closers (heavy duty - one for each shutter), S.S. Handles (D-type Pull handle - 300mm long, 22mm dia. - both sides for each shutter), Concealed flush bolt from door manufacturer, any other fixtures required etc. of Dorma or approved equivalent brand. Rate shall include supply and installation of frame, shutter as a complete assembly including all hardware, smoke seals & glass with tape. Note: a) Manufacturer shall submit 6 copies of shop drawing showing the dimension details of fabrication etc. for the approval of Engineer in charge. b) All the shutters and door frame should be detachable from the assembly whenever required and the entire door unit will be flush with the finished wall. c) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of all necessary fittings and fixtures as shown in drawings as per manufacturer's requirement. d) The door frame (pressed steel door frame) shall be included in the quoted rates. e) The cost towards cutting/ chasing masonry/ concrete surfaces etc. and making good the same while fixing shall be included in quoted rate. Single/ Double leaf door Notes for aluminium doors and windows: i) The contractor shall submit 6 copies of shop drawings for each windows, ventilators showing dimension details of construction etc. for approval of the Engineer-in-charge and according to the approved shop drawing a sample of each windows with all fittings and fixtures with locking arrangement including glass panes etc. complete as per schedule of quantities, specifications and drawings, shop drawing should be submitted for preliminary inspection for approval. After preliminary inspection, the sample should be fixed at site to ascertain its performance. Large scale manufacturing should be taken up only after rectification of defects in samples as directed to the full satisfaction of the department and after obtaining formal approval. ii) All doors, windows, ventilators section shall be anodised extruded section of M/s Jindal/ M/s Hindalco or at par quality of approved manufacture. iii) All fittings/ fixtures shall be of approved make/ quality and as approved by the Engineer in Charge. iv) All dimensions mentioned in the drawing are approximate. Necessary allowance for fixing over rough ground, and also necessary allowances for fixing tolerances to be considered while manufacturing. While manufacturing, actual site measurement shall be considered. Necessary planning for fixing the unit has to be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. However, rate quoted by the contractor shall hold good for carrying out all such works. v)Payment shall be made per Kg basis. Aluminium sections such as shutter frames, track window/ door frame/ beading channel for glass adjustable louvers etc., shall only be measured linearly as per actual/ finished cutting size nearest to centimetre and multiplied with sectional weight of the individual section and the total quantity of aluminium section will be arrived at for payment without any allowance for wastage. The quoted rate shall include cost of cleat angles, fixtures etc., vi) All glass panes shall be of M/s Modiguard/ M/s. Saint Gobain or approved equivalent unless otherwise specified. The glasses will be measured for payment separately under relevant item. Actual size of the glass fixed in position will be considered for payment. vii) Glass panes shall be fixed with approved EPDM gasket ting, beading, to be free from settling. Necessary mastic to be provided against seepage of rain water. viii) All top hung/ side hung shutters to be provided with approved quality heavy duty friction hinges. All sliding shutters shall be provided with bottom sliding rollers. ix) In case of damage of any existing work, the same has to be made good/restored to original condition by the contractor at his own cost. x) No separate payment shall be made for fittings such as locking arrangement, hinges, friction hinges, rollers, fittings and fixtures, gasket, cleat angle etc. Tenderer are required to consider the cost of these items while quoting the rate for unit weight of aluminium sections for window/ door.

PART - I-I : WATERPROOFING TREATMENT: a) The contractor shall get written approval from the Engineer in Charge for the water proofing agency engaged and shall submit the specification of the waterproofing before commencement of work. b) The contractor shall test the surface where water proofing treatment is provided for bone dry condition by filling up with water. No wet patches or leaks shall appear on the surrounding wall or under side of the slab. c) The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper in the Proforma as per Section10 (iii) of Conditions and Clauses of Contract - 2008 for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the waterproofing treated area in bone dry condition for 10 years. During the guarantee period the contractor shall attend all leakages, defects etc. if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification with in a week's time from the date of intimation about such leakages/ defects. d) The Contractor shall keep the water tank filled with water after the water proofing work has been completed and shall clean it before handing over. At no time shall the water tank be kept empty. Testing for the bone dry condition for the water proofing work carried out shall again be done, before handing over the Building/ flats, if found necessary by the Engineer in Charge.e) Wherever Cement mortar is to be used it shall be with Ready mix mortar for all waterproofing work with suitable proportioning for richer mix. Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment of the agency approved by department, including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, terraces etc mixing with waterproofing compound as per IS : 2645 :2003, with average thickness of 115mm and minimum thickness at drain point as 65 mm. Following works are included in above item. a) Applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm. Of cement admixed with proprietary water proofing compound over the RCC slab including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying cement concrete using broken bricks/ brick bats 25mm to 100mm size with 50% of Ready-mix mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound over 20 mm thick layer of Ready mix mortar of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietary waterproofing compound. d) Finishing the surfaces with 20 mm thick joint less cement mortar using ready-mix C.M 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry & making pattern of 300x300mm square 3mm deep or suitable to receive the China Mosaic waterproofing treatment wherever specified. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer in Charge.

Extra for additional thickness of brick bat coba using ready mix mortar over and above standard average thickness of 115 mm. for effective slope wherever required.

Filling in bath, W/C, toilet, depressed areas with water proofing brick bat coba of the agency approved by the Dept. at all floors and locations up to the required level and making the surface finished suitable to receive floor finish etc. all complete as per drawings and water proofing agency's specifications with 50% of Ready-mix mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound over 20 mm thick layer of Ready mix mortar of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound to required slope and treatment & as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portions of W.C., Kitchen and the like consisting of : i) 1st course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4. Kg/sqm mixed with water proofing compound `Impermo' of Snowcem or equivalent conforming to IS 2645 in recommended proportions. ii) IInd course of cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) using Ready Mix Mortar mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions, 20mm thick up to finished floor level and 15mm thick above finished floor level up to 600mm. iii) IIIrd course of applying blown or residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7 Kg per sqm of area. iv) IV th course of 200 micron thick PVC sheet (Overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 100 mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @ 1.7 Kg/sqm.)

Providing cement based water proofing treatment by 'Injection & Surface' method of the agency approved by the dept. cement based water proofing treatment of 50 mm. and 20mm. thick for the floor and walls respectively at terrace water tanks, finished perfectly smooth to correct line, level and plumb including preparing the existing surfaces, necessary scaffolding, curing etc. complete as per waterproofing agency's specifications and testing water tank for the water tightness and rectification of defects, if any, to render the outer surface bone dry etc. complete as per specifications, drawing and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing China Mosaic water proofing over concrete/plastered surface of horizontal, vertical, sloped/ curved surfaces, rounded vatas, sharp corners, junctions etc., using broken pieces of approved colour ceramic tile laid over and including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 screed mixed with approved waterproofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement, cost of all materials, labour, curing, breaking the tiles to the pieces of required size and shape, laying / fixing the tile pieces to the required line, slope, levels etc., providing extra screed as required for quick & easy flow of water, curing etc., at all heights including necessary scaffolding, cleaning the surface initially with saw dust and finally with acid all asper specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

PART I - J : PLASTERING WORK : Note: a) Before commencement of plastering, the area shall be cleaned, wetted and shall be marked with 'Thiyyas' or 'Tapanis' and shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge. b) Whenever the electrical contractor/ agency has to fix up switch boxes in walls, necessary Thiyyas or 'Dhadas' shall be arranged prior to plastering so that the electrical boxes are fixed properly in line with the finished plastered surfaces. c) Finishing around the junction boxes shall be done at all floor, level and position to the line, level and right angles as required while carrying out plastering work. d) No extra claim/cement consumption shall be entertained by the department for the plastering done more than the specified thickness shown in the schedule of quantities, to bring the plastered surface to perfect line, level and plumb with adjoining columns and beams. e) Only Ready mix Mortar of approved make shall be used. For richer proportion additional cement to be added in required proportion. Cement plaster using READY MIX MORTAR (RMM) of approved manufacturer (Roofit Mix, Wallplast, Readiplast, Silcoplast) in single/ double coat as specified over Concrete surfaces in thickness as mentioned, in C.M 1:4 or richer by proportionally increasing cement content as required, over plane or curved surfaces at all level including rounding of surfaces wherever required, prepare the surfaces even and smooth in correct line, level, plane and plumb including scaffolding, chemical curing etc. complete as per specification drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge. 15 mm thick cement plaster using RMM 1:4 mix for internal brick / concrete surfaces for all walls and beams flush with walls, mullions etc.

Sand faced cement plaster as mentioned below in CM 1:4, using factory manufactured pre mix/ ready mix of 'Roofit Mix' of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Build Well ready mix plaster' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd / Readymade polymerised Dry mix Plaster - Silicoplast of M/s. Precise Conchem Pvt. Ltd.or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of Cement : Sand as 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces final rendering, including using richer mix for making corners if necessary and making nosing / dripmould in plaster wherever required, at all floors, levels, all heights and locations including scaffolding, preparing the surfaces, finishing and rendering with sponge to correct line, level and plumb, curing/ chemical curing etc. complete as per specification and drawings and as directed by Engineer-in Charge. 20 mm thick in two coats for brick/ concrete surfaces (external / internal) (back coat and finishing coat of 10 mm. thick each) with water proofing agent @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers specifications

12 mm. thick in single coat for independent concrete surfaces with waterproofing agent @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers specifications.

Providing vatas 150 x 150 mm at junction of walls and chajjas canopies etc. with cement mortar 1:3 using Ready Mix Mortar (RMM) of approved manufacturer to match surrounding plaster to the required profile including adding water proofing compound @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's specification, scaffolding‚ curing etc. complete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Extra over plastering items for making grooves of 16 x 8mm size as shown in elevation drawing at all floors and locations to proper line, level and plumb, all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Extra over plastering for making drip mould of size 25mm x 10mm .

Providing & fixing in position GI chicken wire mesh (Hexagonal shape) of M/s Arpita Plaster mesh or approved equivalent, of 12mm size hole, 22 Gauge with necessary "U" hooks, clips or nails at all floors and levels, wherever required to prevent development of cracks in plaster surfaces, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge (Only area of chicken wire mesh provided shall be measured for payment).

Providing and applying 1.5 mm thick cement based wall care putty in two coats of approved manufacturers at all floors and locations, over plastered surfaces finished smooth to correct line, level, plane, plumb etc., including preparing the surfaces, scaffolding smoothen the putty surfaces with very fine water proof emery paper to get a glossy finish etc. complete as per specifications, as per manufacturers specifications, drawing & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting plastered/ concrete surfaces with two coats of acrylic premium (plastic) emulsion paint of approved colour and make over a coat of approved cement/ Acrylic primer including preparing the surfaces, filling with putty wherever required, scaffolding and cleaning etc, complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Painting plastered/ concrete surfaces with two coats of exterior grade Acrylic emulsion paint of approved manufacturer and of approved colour and shade over a coat of acrylic based water repellent primer of approved make and shade as mentioned below all as per manufacturer's recommendations and as per the approved sample and pattern including providing necessary scaffolding, cleaning the surface with water to remove all coating, dust, filling up cracks & crevices with approved putty, curing the surface etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge. a) Over sand faced plaster and jalli Note:- Both sides of the jalli shall be measured for payment.

PART : I-L : MISCELLANEOUS WORKS Note: One sample of each item should be submitted for preliminary inspection and approval before procurement/ manufacturing on large scale. After the preliminary inspection and approval, the sample should be fixed at site or kept in the office of the Engineer-in-charge till completion of the work. Providing and fixing of 100% eco – friendly Light weight calcium silicate inorganic modular Acoustical light weight grid ceilings at all heights having 15 mm thick integral densified edges of Tegular/board edged of Size 595x595MM of M/S Aerolite Industries Pvt.Ltd. Manufactured using Non cementitious Calcium silicate Binders reinforced with eco- friendly inorganic Fibres with Minimum eco-friendly recycled content of 50% (For Green Buildings). The ceiling Tiles should be free from Chemicals, asbestos having Zero VOC for better indoor Air Quality as per requirements of IGBC / Griha. The ceiling tile should be of approved texture, design and patterns like Spectra / Quadra Spintone / Cosmos / Globe / Hexa / Plain having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 to 0.75 (for semi perforated and fully perforated range of tiles), Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). False ceilings shall be Tested and classified to fire classification class of A1(Non – Combustible), S1(Zero Smoke), d0 and it should be Mandatorily 100% Non-combustible as per BS: 476 Part IV, Part VI for Non-Flame spread & Part VII for Non flame Propagation & also classified as Non ignitable and smoke developed of 0-5 only in accordance with ASTM-E84 as per requirements of UL 723/ NFPA 101 of international building safety code. False ceilings must have 100% RH Property guaranteed for 10 years free replacement for sagging/warping and bending. Thermal conductivity of 0.043 W/m°KC to 0.050 W/m°KC as per IS 3346/1980 (High Thermal Insulation). 100% Antifungal, Antibacterial confirming to JIS-Z-2801 and ASTM- G-21 certified by NABL accredited labs. The tiles shall have Thickness: 10 mm thick in the centre and 15mm thick all around on edge resting portion with integral densified edge. 350 kg/M3 in the centre 10 mm thick portion and 450 Kg/M3 cube on the edges, (Average 360 kg per cum as per ECBC Code 2007).The framework shall be suspended from ceiling by slotted cleats of size 25X35X1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners and to be suspended by Galvanised 6mm Threaded rod up to 1000 MM Length with Galvanised L Shaped level adjuster of Size 76Z25 X 25 X 1.6mm length with MS Z Cleat of size 25 X 37 X 25 X each 1.6 MM with Pre-cut hole on the 25 mm Flanged, spaced at 1200mm centre to centre. Structural steel work, using angles, tees, flats, bars, chequered plates, inserts fabricated out of mild steel bars, ISMC, ISMB, angles, pipes, plates, hollow sections etc. of all shapes, sizes at all levels floors and location including supplying, cutting, fabricating, welding, erecting, making holes/ chases wherever required and fixing / embedding in position in concrete/ masonry work with necessary hold fasts/ screws & rawl plugs and finishing the concrete/ masonry work after fixing/ embedding including painting two coats of anticorrosive bitumastic paint on all unexposed surfaces and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour on all exposed surfaces over a coat of approved zinc chromate primer etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, applying and placing swellable type water stop tape of size 19mm x 25mm thick of expansive nature for construction joints of RCC walls of water tank including cleaning the construction joints of loose mortar and dust, applying primer @ as per manufacturer's specification, unroll the water bar slowly and carefully on the joint without pulling and stretching it too much after the primer dries a little and became sticky and tying with the reinforcement bars as directed all complete as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying average 100 mm thick or as shown in the drawing, Cement concrete coping of mix 1:1.5:3 over window/ Ventilator Cill, parapet wall, etc. including mechanical mixing, consolidation, finishing, making slope, curing, formwork including cost of plastering with Ready Mix Mortar in CM 1:4, 20mm thick, etc. finished with neat cement all complete as per drawing, specification & as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing in position at all floors and levels, precast GRC jali of 50mm thickness of approved design and pattern and approved manufacturers as per drawing, including transporting the jali, fixing the same in position in cement mortar 1:3 to the pattern, finishing with white cement wherever required as shown in the drawing, scaffolding, curing etc., complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing stainless steel pipe hand rail at Staircase& lobby, all floors & levels conforming to 310 Grade of steel, of Schedule 10-S , having 1000mm height approximately. Pattern is 50 & 25 mm dia.NB Pipe inhorizantal,40mm dia NB pipe in vertical. All as per approved pattern &design shown in drawing including necessary S.S bend,tees, welding / nut-bolt necessary anchoring polishing and fixing in concrete/brick wall with S.S lugs, making pockets,concreting, making good the surfaces etc. as per specifications drawings and as directed by the E-I-C.

PART - II :- Internal Public Health Engineering works SCHEDULE OF QUANTITIES GENERAL NOTES: 1)Tenderers are advised to check the scope or work from point no. 1 to 13 in the tender document. Providing Flushing arrangement to Water Closets including providing and fixing manually operated PVC low level Flushing Cistern consisting following items of work:- i) Providing PVC low level flushing cistern with all inside syphonic fittings, duly assembled conforming to IS 7231 of in etc.as per the manufacturer's recommendation all complete.position using CP brass screws, rawl plugs, brackets approved make with handle, fixing the cistern. ii) Providing 40/32 mm dia.uPVC (6Kg) flush pipe from Flush tank to Water Closet, concealed in the wall as directed making connection with W.C pan including the cost of fittings, fixtures and jointing materials etc. all complete including providing & fixing 15 mm dia. Providing & laying UPVC under ground drainage pipes & Fittings of approved make for storm water drains & Sewer lines of following size conforming to IS:15328 to proper level & grade, jointing including providing coupler with cement solvent / welded joints / as per manufacturer's requirement, encasing the pipe alround using cement concrete 1:3:6 complete all as per specifictions, drawing and as directed by the E.I.C. NOTE FOR INSPECTION CHAMBER & MANHOLE i) Depth of Inspection chamber shall be the vertical distance from the top of the frame & cover of manhole / chamber to the outgoing invert of the main drain channel. ii) The internal diameter / sizes of inspection chambers & manholes mentioned in the item shall be measured from finished plastered surfaces. iii) The cost of 1:2:4 grade concrete and plastering with CM 1:2 for fixing frame & cover is included under the scope of work of item for providing Everlast Cover. iv) Slope of 1:6 for benching shall be started from channel of depth equal of the outgoing sewer diameter. v) The slope of conical wall of manhole and longitudinal walls of rectangular Inspection Chamber starts from the vertical height of 200mm from top of frame and cover. vi) While making payment for extra over initial depth, the thickness of RCC frame & cover and the thickness of cement concrete bed block (bearing course) shall not be deducted from the depth of manhole or chamber. Constructing brick masonry Inspection chambers of internal sizes 900 X 600mm at bottom and 900 X 450mm at top for an initial depth of 600mm consisting following items of work. i) 230 mm thick brick masonry in cement mortar 1:2 over 150 mm thick bed in cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 with 150 mm offset all-around, tapering of longitudinal walls starting from the height of 450 mm from the top of chamber frame & cover and tapering of longitudinal walls ending at the height of 200 mm from the top of frame & Cover to obtain an internal dimensionof 900 X 450mm at 200 mm from top of chamber. ii) 20 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:1 mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement on internal and external surfaces, internal surfaces and top finished with a floating coat of neat cement. iii) Making benching and haunching in cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 and finishing with floating coat of neat cement. iv) Fixing frame and cover at top using cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 (for bed block / bearing course and capping) and cast iron steps / foot rests, all as per specification and as directed by E-in-C. NOTE:- Providing & fixing foot-rests / steps and CI / RCC / composite frame & cover including CC of grade 1:2:4 & C.M 1:2 plaster for fixing the frame and cover, will be paid under relevant item/ included in other relevant Inspection chamber of internal sizes 900 X 600 mm at bottom and 900 X 450 mm at top for an initial depth of 600 mm.

Extra over above item for additional depth of inspection chamber beyond 600 mm initial depth & upto a depth of 1800 mm. all as per specification and as directed. Note:- additional depth of chamber will be measured in cm and paid as per actual depth.

Providing & fixing precast approved brand (EVERLAST) Composite Manhole covers as approved by Competant authority / E.I.C tested as per IS:1726, including cost of necessary hardware, 1:2:4 grade concrete for fixing frame, bed block (bearing course) and capping including necessary form work and CM 1:2 mortar for fixing the frame & for plastering exposed surfaces of concrete bed block (bearing course) and capping finished smooth with floating coat of neat cement etc., complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the E.I.C. Rectangular Heavy duty (Grade HD - 20 designation as per IS:1726) frame and cover size 910 x 450mm

Square Heavy duty (Grade HD - 20 designation as per IS:1726) frame and cover size 600 x 600mm for Valve Chambers Note: Shade and Colour and design pattern to be get approved from Engineer-in-Charge.

Making drop connection for initial depth difference between incoming and outgoing sewer line upto 600mm including making ramp, U-channel of height and width not less than branch pipe dia in CC 1:2:4, plastering 20mm thick in CM 1:3, finished smooth with a floating coat of net cement. and for drop connection having depth differance between incoming and outgoing sewer line more than 600mm including providing and laying following dia. uPVC pipe conforming to IS:15328 & specials, providing and fixing bends, tees, crosses, plugs, caps etc., jointing the pipes/fittings using sealant of approved manufacturer, encasing the pipes with CC 1:3:6 such that shape of the cross section through encased pipe shall be square and sides equal to outer diameter of pipe plus 300mm, including form work, curing etc., all as shown in the drawing, as mentioned in the specifications and as directed by EIC. a) for initial depth difference of 600mm

Evaluation of the proposed agency to execute the LAN work shall be carried out seperately by the Department. 3. Active components i.e switches etc are not in the scope of the agency and shall be executed by the users seperately.
