Decision of said Technical Committee will be final. 4) Bidder should quote their rates as per Detail specification mentioned in Tender document. 5) Quatantity mentioned in the Tender document are estimated. It should be increase or decrease, Bidder should supply the Networking materials as per Quantity mentioned in Purchase order. 6) Our University is a Educational Institute & having valid GST Concession & Custom exception certificate. Bidder should quote their rates by considering the concession certificate.
