The bidder is required to have prior work experience in specific areas, including the supply of 30 Rmt of 600 mm dia, 10 mm THK, M.S. pipeline and above, as well as casting 150 Cum of Ready Mix Cement Concrete grade for RCC work in foundation like raft. The bidder should have a minimum turnover of Rs.525.00 lakh (Including GST) in the last Five years, which should be at least 75% of the payable annual cost of work. For similar works completed, the bidder should have experience of similar type of work of equivalent price completed in the last five financial years, with the following options: - Three similar types of works, each with a work-wise cost of not less than 40% of the estimated tender amount (Rs. 140.00 lakh, including GST). - Two similar types of works, each with a work-wise cost of not less than 50% of the estimated tender amount (Rs. 175.00 lakh, including GST). - One similar type of work, with a work-wise cost of not less than 80% of the estimated tender amount (Rs. 280.00 lakh, including GST). Additionally, the bidder should have experience in "Manifold shaft with multiple outlet /hydraulic isolation structure" in Govt./ Semi Govt. organization. The bidder should submit details of work done during the last three years with the value of work unfinished, and details of work of similar type and magnitude carried out by the contractor. However, specific percentages of similar works completed are mentioned as 75% of the payable annual cost of work.
