The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. In case of tenders for composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of each component of tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of each component of tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of each component of tender. For substantially completed work, payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. The subcontractor shall have successfully completed at least one work similar to work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% value of work to be subletted, in last 5 years. For subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of subcontractor shall be asked for. Additionally, the tenderer should have completed works of minimum required values, and separate completed works shall also be considered for fulfillment of technical eligibility criteria for different components. The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 30% of advertised value of the tender for three similar works - 40% of advertised value of the tender for two similar works - 60% of advertised value of the tender for one similar work - 90% of the present contract value for substantially completed work - 35% value of work to be subletted for the subcontractor - Rs 50 lakh for subletting of work, no previous work experience of subcontractor shall be asked for.
