The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the tenderer must have completed any one of the following: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The subcontractor shall have successfully completed at least one work similar to work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% value of work to be subletted, in last 5 years. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender - 40% of the advertised value of the tender - 60% of the advertised value of the tender - 35% value of work to be subletted - Rs 500 crore (average annual turnover of a public listed company) - Rs 50 lakh (subletting of work costing up to this amount does not require previous work experience of subcontractor)
