For composite works, the tenderer must have completed:
- Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. A substantially completed work means an ongoing work in which payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. The overall cost, including the Price Variation (PVC) amount of that completed work or substantially completed work, shall be considered for fulfillment of technical credentials. The bidder is required to submit a list of work completed in the last three financial years, including description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award and date of scheduled completion and final value of contract. In case of similar works, the overall cost, including the PVC amount (if paid), of the completed work or substantially completed work, shall be considered. For newly formed partnership firms, the credentials of individual partners from previous proprietary firms or dissolved previous partnership firms or split previous partnership firms shall be considered only to the extent of their share in the previous entity on the date of dissolution/split and their share in the newly formed partnership firm. Specifically, for a partner with a 30% share in the previous entity and a 20% share in the present partnership firm, their credentials will be considered to the extent of 0.3*0.2*value of the work done in the previous entity. If a bidder has successfully completed a work as a subcontractor and the work experience certificate has been issued for such work to the subcontractor by a Government Organization or public listed company, the same shall be considered for the purpose of fulfilling credentials. The bidder's prior work experience is considered for the purpose of fulfilling technical credentials. In case a work is considered similar in nature for fulfillment of technical credentials, the overall cost, including the PVC amount of that completed work or substantially completed work, shall be considered. The values and percentages mentioned for similar works completed are: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender for three similar works, - 40% of the advertised value of the tender for two similar works, - 60% of the advertised value of the tender for one similar work, - 90% of the present contract value for a substantially completed work. Additionally, for subcontractors, they must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years, unless the work costs up to Rs 50 lakh, in which case no previous work experience is required.
