CONCRETE WORK // Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement 5 concrete in kerbs, edgings etc. as per approved pattern and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand), including the cost of required centering, shuttering complete. // 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Manufacturing supplying and fixing various engineering indicator board fully retroreflective of high intensity grade made out of 2mm thick aluminum alloy sheet conforming to IS 736 with 12mm dia.to back support frame of M S angle iron of size 25x25x3mm along theft resistant .The entire face of sign board to be covered with yellow high intensity grade reflective encapsulated 1 lench type sheting processed with heat lamp vacuum applicator machine .The black letters ,black banded or any other black part of the front face shall be cut out of CAL,FILM should be of make KIWACAL or SCOTCHACAL or HISCAL that ca be detected from inscription of the release paper of the CAL FILM .The back side of sign plate including frame shall be painted with non peelable weather proof on coat of zinc chromate stoving primer and two coats of gray stove enamel of IS shade no 630 trench gray confirming to respective IS Specification. Confirming to respective drawings completes with contractors labors, materials , tools & plants , lead, lift taxes/charges etc.
