The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing certain similar works within the last 7 years. The similar works should have a value of at least 30% of the advertised value of the tender for three similar works, or 40% for two similar works, or 60% for one similar work. The values for similar works are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, which is 27550839.57, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, which is 36734451.96, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender, which is 55101779.15. The substantially completed work means an ongoing work where payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made, excluding payment for price variation. The bidder should submit an attested copy of the Experience Certificate and a list of completed works in the last three Financial Years, giving details such as description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award, and date of scheduled completion of work. Additionally, the bidder should submit a list of works on hand, indicating name of work, contract value, bill amount paid so far, due date of completion, etc. The advertised value of the tender is 91836131.91.
