South Central Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed certain similar works within the last 07 years. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the requirements are: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The substantially completed work should have a payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value made to the contractor. The credential certificate should not be issued prior to 60 days of the date of invitation of the present tender. Work experience certificates are considered from government organizations or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years. The tenderer should submit relevant documents to support the work experience certificate, including the work order, bill of quantities, bill-wise details of payment received, and TDS certificates. Additionally, the tenderer should submit an attested copy of the Experience Certificate and the Annual Contractual Turnover Certificate. The list of completed works in the last three Financial Years should be provided, including description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award and date of scheduled completion of work, date of actual start, actual completion, and final value of contract.
