The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing similar works within the last 07 years. The specific requirements are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. For subcontractors, the requirement is to have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required. The bidder should have completed separate works of minimum required values to fulfill technical eligibility criteria for different components. The overall cost, including the PVC amount, of completed or substantially completed work, is considered for technical credentials. The value of the completed works is required to be mentioned in lakhs. The bidder is required to submit a list of completed works, which includes the name of the work, agreement number and date, designation and address of the agreement signing authority, agreement value, completed value of work, date of completion, and remarks. In case of composite works, the tenderer must have completed similar works with values of 30%, 40%, or 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The bidder's credentials can be considered based on their share in previous entities. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing a work similar to the proposed work, with a value of at least 35% of the work to be subcontracted, in the last 5 years.
