REMOVAL OF EXISTING CEMENT PLASTER:- Removing the existing cement plaster of any thickness without causing dust nuisance and stacking the debris upto a distance of 50 metres or spreading in the compound and cleaning the site etc. complete.

BREAKING/CHIPPING LOOSE CONCRETE:- Breaking / Chipping carefully the loose concrete / plaster of distressed member without damaging existing strong concrete by means of sharp chissle which should tempered regularly or high frequency low impact hammers used, cleaning the surface by water jet pressure pump at 4 to 5 kg/ sqcm pressure to remove chlorides and loose particles, air drying the surface etc. The work should be carried out with all the safety measures like helmet, safety belt and adequate labour insurance under the supervision of qualified supervisor. (The damaged area of member / concrete will be measured) etc. complete.

BREAKING OF WATERPROOFING : Removing existing Brick bat waterproofing treatment from terrace, chhajja, balcony, Tank Top, OHR Top & Lift Room Top etc. up to mother slab by mechanical as well as manual means and cleaning the surface for providing new specialized water proofing treatment etc. complete as per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge

DISMANTLING BRICK MASONRY :- Dismantling brick masonry in lime or cement mortar and stacking the materils as directed with all leads, lifts etc.

LOWERING & CARTING AWAY THE DEBRIS: Lowering down the debris obtained from breaking and removing the cement plaster/waterproofing, RCC, etc. by any means without causing dust nuisance and damage to structure, stacking the same as and where directed including cleaning the site and carting away the same outside the building compound upto the municipal dump with required municipal permision & all lead and lift complete as per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge.

STRUCTURAL & CIVIL REPAIRING WORKS :

STRUCTURAL POLYMER REPAIR (UPTO 25mm THICKNESS) :- Applying Polymer Treatment as per the follwing process on indentified location. 1) Rust Remover Brushing with wire brush and removing all rust scales from rebars & washing with water as required and providing and applying Rust Remover on existing exposed reinforcement bars 2) R.I. Coat Providing and applying Rust Inhibition Coat / system to exposed rebars & also new rebars complete. 3) Bond coat Providing and applying raw Polymer Bond Coat / system in ratio 1:1 Cement : Polymer to all exposed concrete surface and rebars prior to polymer treatment complete. 4) P.M.M. Providing and applying by handpack only Polymer modified mortar in ratio 1:5:15 (1 part by weight of polymer: 5 parts by weight of cement: 15 parts by weight of Quartz sand ( 50:50 Mideum and smallar size) up to 25 mm thickness all complete as per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge. All the mixing should be done in mixing tray only and as per the weight ratio given of PMM. also mixed material to be used within 1 hour time.

SHEAR CONNECTORS: Make 10/12 mm Dia holes using heavy duty electrically operated hammer drills in the concrete of RCC members to a depth of about 75 mm at 500 mm c/c or at suitable grid in zig-zag fashion, clean the holes using air jet and fix pre-fabricated 100 x 50 mm L-shape 8mm Dia rebar using Anti Corrosive protective coating so that 75 mm out of 100 mm is inserted inside the concrete and 25 mm remain outside along with 50 mm bend. The shear connectors are used to tie the additional reinforcement bars with 'Fischer / Hilti' system and chemical, etc. complete. Steel to be paid separately as per direction of consulting engineering in-charge.

MICRO CONCRETE:- Making up of distressed / loose / cracked / porous carbonated, loose part of concrete with fiberous micro concrete by Micron 1000 of Associated Chemicals or equivalent and repairing the damaged surface of concrete, fixing the form work / shuttering across the profile of damaged structural element, Micro concrete should be mixed homogeneouslsy Pour the free flow ready mix micro concrete mix with 5 L to 7 L of water in the form work OR as per manufacturer's specifications to achieve dense solid mass. The Micro concrete shall be poured properly in slurry tight prefixed holding boards formwork, fixed properly in line, level and in the required size/shape and well-oiled etc. The air bubbles, if any shall be removed by tapping the boards and removing the same after 24 hours, curing the micro-concrete thoroughly for 14 Days etc. complete. The rate shall be inclusive of shuttering, strutting, curing, Bond Coat, etc. complete as per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge. (Excluding cost reinforcement).

PRO & FIX STEEL:- Providing, fabricating, welding & fixing steel reinforcement (Fe500) in existing damaged reinforcement in RCC as required dia of approved brand i.e. TATA/SAIL or equivalent. For column, beams & slab. Etc. including transporting the same to site, cutting, bending, tying at all heights and in all positions, providing concrete covers as required at any height etc. Rates to include MS/TS dowel pins /staple/shear pins including drilling holes in concrete and providing labour and materials for fixing the pins. Complete as per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge.

INJECTION NIPPLES:- Providing, drilling and fixing Nipples for pressure injection grouting of polymer cement & epoxy grout etc. all complete as per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge.

INJECTION GROUTING:- Filling voids/honeycomb with high pressure injection grouting of Polymer Cement Grout (10% of Polymer by Weight of Cement)

EXTERNAL SAND FACE PLASTER :- Providing 25mm thick External Plastering in two coats, under layer 15mm thick with C.M. 1:4 finished with a top layer 10mm thick in C.M. 1:5 including admixture with approved Water proofing admixture @ 2% by weight of cement used or as per manufacturer's specifications, sieving of sand to required fineness, finishing, curing, etc. complete as per specifications, and as per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge.

DASH COAT:- Repairing the damaged wall surface with application of Dash coat of 1: 4 cement mortar and inserting brickbats or metal chips if required to level the surface complete as per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge.

SEPERATION JOINT FILLING : Providing groove to required size at specified location as directed by Engineer, at junction of brick masonry wall and R.C.C beams or Column, at junction of composite masonry, including scaffolding, finishing, curing etc. complete.

CHICKEN MESH : Providing and fixing chicken mesh of 22 gauge, with about 30 cm. width at the junction of R.C.C members and brick work, of approved quality including fixing mesh in position by necessary drilling in concrete /B.B.masonry and or tying by binding wire etc. complete.

WATERPROOFING WORKS :

TERRACE, WATER TANK, HEAD ROOM, WATERPROOFING: Providing and laying integral cement based waterproofing treatment to Terrace, Water Tank Top & Head Room Top upto 112 mm thickness including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roof, balconies, terraces etc. consisting of following operations: A) Cleaning the surface & making free from looses particles, filling the cracks on slab, applying waterproof chemical in two coats on the terrace slab as per the specifications of Manufacturer B) Laying brickbat coba using broken brick/brick bats 25mm to 100 mm size with cement mortar upto 50% 1:5 (1cement: 5 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary waterproofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 over 20mm thick layer of cement mortar mix 1:5 (1 cement 5 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary waterproofing compound conforming to to IS:2645 to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300mm height including rounding of junction of walls and slabs. C) After two days of proper curing Providing & laying IPS in C.M 1:4 i/c roughening the surface to receive China Mosaic D) P/L china mosaic in CM 1:4 all complete i/c ponding the entire terrace for 07 days etc. complete. as per the Direction Of Consulting Engineer / In-Charge. Guarantee against leakproofness on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- etc. complete.

R.C.C. COPING :- Providing and laying RCC coping in 100mm thick and 375mm wide using 20mm down metal in proportion of (1:1.5:3) including shuttering, compacting, curing etc. complete.as per the Direction Of Consulting Engineer / In-Charge.

WATER TANK INSIDE WATERPROOFING: Providing and applying a base coat comprising of 1 Kg Polydee-MC and 1 Kg fresh cement after wetting the surface followed by drying the surface for 2 days, apply primer coat of TP-40 and after drying, applying Polydee-11 two component (mixing ratio 2 A : 1 B) ) Antibacterial food grade coating inside drinking water tank in two coats with time interval of minimum 8 hrs. covering 7 years guarantee on Court Fee Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- etc. complete.

PLUMBING WORKS :

PROVIDING AND FIXING CPVC LINE:- Removing the existing G.I. lines & Providing and fixing the new G.I./CPVC pipes of approved brand with all temporary line & necessary fittings to terrace loop line and also down take lines, filling the joints with chemical, Cutting holes & making Good by Gabda filling etc. complete as per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge. NOTE: Rate including the provision of temporary plumbing lines during the execution. 40MM DIA CPVC PIPE: Providing, laying and fixing C.P.V.C. pipe of 40mm dia. with fittings such as bends,tees, reducers, clamps, etc. including necessary excavation, trench filling etc.complete. Including removing existingpipe line if necessary and conveying andstacking the same in PWD chowky or as directed etc. complete.

PROVIDING AND FIXING NEW GATE VALVE :- Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved brand i.e. Zoloto, neta, leader with all required fittings etc. complete as per the direction of consulting Engineer / in-charge. GATE VALVE 40mm : Providing and fixing screw down for 40mm dia. wheeled stop tap of brass including necessary sockets/ union nut complete.

WALL PIECE: Providing and fixing new Wall Piece of required sizes with all necessary fittings after removing the existing lines, filling the joints, providing PVC sleeves on top, cutting holes in external walls complete as per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge.

REPLACEMENT OF CHAMBER COVER: Providing and fixing reinforced cement concrete cover of size 90 cm x 45 cm with frame over inspection chamber etc. complete. Heavy duty (225 Kilogram)

REPAIRING OF RECTANGULAR CHEMBER : Removing the Chamber Cover with frame & dismentaling the damaged part of Rectangular Chamber slab & wall make good the damaged area as required and refixing the cover and frame etc. complete as per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge.

CLEANING OF SEWER LINES: Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line etc. complete.

PAINTING WORKS :

EXTERNAL TEXTURE PAINT: Thoroughly cleaning all external wall surfaces, removing all fungus / plantation, Removing old caulk from the plaster surface, making the surface clean and dry. Pre wetting of wall surfaces. Mixing the product with clean water thoroughly with an electrical mixer for 3-5 minutes until the desired homogeneous paste is achieved so as to ensure that the mixture is free from lumps before use. Applying average thickness of 1.5 to 2mm of the homogeneous paste thus prepared on the plastered surface with a steel trowel so as to have the desired texture finish. If necessary, a second layer may be applied. All this works to be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s specs and as per the Direction Of Consulting Engineer / In-Charge.

PAINT EXTERNAL AREA (ELASTOMERIC BASED) Providing and applying one coat base coat then apply Primer and two coat of Elastomeric Paint of approved brand of Asian Paints, ICI Dulex, and Berger Paints Completes as per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge. Note: - It should carry minimum 10 years warranty given by the manufactures on their letter head.

GENERAL WORKS :

TEMPORARY MONSOON SHED FOR TERRACE: Providing and Erection of temporary monsoon shed by the support of 02 side of bamboos and bullies horizontally and required supports of vertically including nails, rope and other necessary bracings as required for strength and stability of the temporary sheds and with 150 - 200 gsm HDPE or as required thickness of tarpaulin to sustain the rain / wind during the monsoon. After complete the waterproofing of the terrace remove the said temporary structure form the site location and carting away the same form the premises. The purpose is monsoon shed to carryout the terrace waterproofing work during the monsoon period. Mode of measurement actual covered shed area.
