LOWERING & CARTING AWAY THE DEBRIS: Lowering down the debris obtained from breaking and removing the cement plaster/waterproofing, RCC, etc. by any means without causing dust nuisance and damage to structure, stacking the same as and where directed including cleaning the site and carting away the same outside the building compound upto the municipal dump with required municipal permision & all lead and lift, etc. complete as per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge.

KERB STONE WORK: Providing & Fixing kerb stones 30cm to 40cm long, 15cm wide, 38cm deep medium dressed in all exposed surfaces, set in cement mortar 1:2 on a 15cm thick and 25cm wide RMC M-20 C.C. bed including filling the joints with 1:2 C.M. pointing, curing etc.complete. etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

RUBBLE SOLING : Providing dry/trap/granite/quartzite/gneiss rubble stone soling 15cm to 20cm thick including hand packing and compacting etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

PCC ON DAMAGED PAVING AREA: Providing & laying in situ concrete PCC M:20 work for road pavement, etc. with required chipping, cleaning, bonding agent application for new PCC on existing pavement work in patches etc. complete with all lead and lift cleaning etc. all complete as per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge.

REMOVING OF DAMAGED PAVER BLOCKS: Removing the paver blocks of any thickness, size & colour from carriage way or footpath without causing dust nuisance and stacking the debris upto a distance of 50 metres and cleaning the site etc. complete as per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge.

HEAVY DUTY PAVER BLOCKS: Providing and fixing in line & level paver blocks 80 mm thick (strength 45 M pa) on sand bed 40 mm thick. The paver blocks shall confirm to BS 6717 ASTM C 936- 96 including providing and preparing sand beds as specified, fixing blocks in position at site, filling the joints by jointing sand, compacting the blocks by plate vibrator including filling the side joints by m-20 grade cement concrete if required etc. etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

REPAIRING OF RECTANGULAR CHEMBER : Removing the Chamber Cover with frame & dismentaling the damaged part of Rectangular Chamber slab & wall good the damage as required and refixing the cover and frame etc. complete as per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge.

REPLACEMENT OF INSPECTION CHEMBER COVER: rectangular inspection chamber of (90 cm x 45 cm.) with, 1 : 2 : 4 R. C. C. cover of approved design, 50mm. thick fixed complete including cement sand filleting 1 : 1 in C. S. complete as directed (Including fixing in cement mortar with cement and sand filleting around C. I. Frame and removal of the existing frame and cover if any. The frame and cover must be weighed before fixing in position. ) (The dimension specified are clear inside dimensions of the frames. In case of M. S. angled frame, the proper hold fasts &fastening should be embeded in c.c. ). Medium duty (140 Kilogram) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

EXTERNAL SAND FACE PLASTER :- Providing 25mm thick External Plastering in two coats, under layer 15mm thick with C.M. 1:4 finished with a top layer 10mm thick in C.M. 1:5 including admixture with approved Water proofing admixture @ 2% by weight of cement used or as per manufacturer's specifications, sieving of sand to required fineness, finishing, curing, etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge.

COMPOUND WALL PAINTING: Providing and applying first single coat of approved primer and two coats of anti-algal, anti-fungal, exterior acrylic based exterior paint with silicone additives of an approved make and colour as per manufacturers specifications to any surface, upto 10m height from ground level and at all locations as directed including preparing surfaces for painting by any approved means, scaffolding, cleaning and curing etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

LACKER FINISH ON PAVER BLOCKS: Providing lacker finish coating by brush or spary in approved colour over paver blocks including preparation of surfaces washing by jet wash, protecting, resurfacing with bedding, cleaning the substrate of all laitance, construction dust, contaminants etc. all complete as per the direction of Consulting Engineer / in-charge.

REMOVING OF OLD PAINT: Removing and scrapping oil paint from wood work, ironwork, including knotting,scrapping, rubbing down, including sand papering sealing the cracks with putty, filling with enamel putty, flattening, rubbing and making the surface smooth to receive the paint etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

ROAD STUDS: Supplying and fixing of Plastic body studs with two shanks and without shanks of SWAREFLEX or equivalent in yellow, red and white color made of ABS body with size 100 X 100 X 17.9mm, having reflective panels of 34 special Swaro glass reflective elements embedded in plastic and 19 degrees tilted to provide the highest reflectivity. Having reflective panels in yellow, red and white plastic with yellow, red, white or green Swaro glass elements. The studs shall have a compressive strength test certificate of 25 tons in accordance with ASTDM D 4280 and successfully passing retro reflectivity test as per EN 1463-1 and the road test EN 1463-2 from a reputed laboratory. The fixing of the road studs shall bed one by using a recommended Two Component Epoxy. In addition two holes should be drilled in the depth of 50 mm on the road for the version with two shanks etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

INFORMATORY SIGN BOARDS: Providing and fixing informatory sign boards in square or rectangular shape of any size made out of 12 gauge (3 mm) thick Aluminium sheet bounded with green reflective sheeting of high intensity grade having pressure sensitive / heat activated adhesive white retro reflective cut out border with message having pressure sensitive screen printing of green transparent colour over white retro reflective sheeting having border and message in white back ground including M.S. angle iron frame of size 35 x 35 x 3 mm and two M.S. angle iron post of size 65 x 65 x 6 mm, 3.65 m long properly cross based with angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 5 mm duly painted with one coat of epoxy finish paint having alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including G. I. fixtures etc complete as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

GROUTING FOR ASPHALT ROADS: Providing 75 mm thick full grout treatment over existing asphalt road including picking old asphalt road surface,supply of metal,asphalt,grit with nesessary spreding of metal,rolling over metal,heating & spreading of asphalt,grit,rolling the final surface etc complete as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

LEAN MIX BM (LBM) FOR ASPHALT ROADS: Providing and laying Lean Mix BM (LBM) using VG 30 grade asphalt for filling pot- holes and improvement of existing road surface wherever required including material, heating asphalt, premixing it with stone metal in hot mix paver transporting and laying, rolling and finishing etc. complete using metal grading as per Table No. 500-4 of specification of road & bridges published by IRC etc. complete. (using asphalt@ 3.5% by weight of mix excluding tank coat etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

TACK COAT FOR ASPHALT ROADS: Providing and spraying bituminous tack coat complete with all leads and lifts for materials as per technical specifications, surface cleaned with mechanical broom & asphalt/emulsion spread with bitumen pressure distributor. A) By using Penetration grade bitumen conforming to IS-73-1992 (grade VG 10) B) 5 Kg/10 Sq. M. over bituminous surface etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

DENSE MACADAM FOR ASPHALT ROADS: Providing and laying premixed DENSE bituminous macadam using VG 30 grade bitumen including all materials, heating bitumen, premixing it with stone metal, in a hot mix plant, transporting to the site of work, laying the mix with a Hydrostatic paver with sensor control and compacting with smooth wheeled tandem vibratory roller including initial cleaning of surface, tack coat using VG 10 grade bitumen @ 0.25kg/sq. m. or RS-1grade bituminous emulsion etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. (Lead up to 100 km from Refineries for bulk bitumen & nearest rail head for bitumen in drums) . (Min. Bitumen content@ 4.5% by weight of total mix) A) Tack coat in VG-10 a) 50 mm compacted thick with heating aggregate.

HOT MIX FOR ASPHALT ROADS: Providing and laying hot mix, hot laid premixed bituminous concrete using 60 / 70 grade asphalt/ CRMB/PMB including all materials, heating aggregate, asphalt etc. and mixing in hot mix plant, transporting laying with hydrostatic paver, finished with sensor control compacting and rolling with smooth wheeled tandem vibratory roller. Asphalt to be used at 6.25% by weight of total mix (machine laid only)(Inclusive of tack coat) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. A) Using 60/70 grade Asphalt a) 25 mm thick (for wearing course)

PAINTING LANE MARKING STRIPS & ZEBRA CROSSING STRIPS: Providing and painting lane marking strips &zebra crossing strips with Oil Based white colour road marking paint as per the dimension given, including cleaning of asphalt surface (where road marking paint is to be applied) etc complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge

REMOVING & REFIXING OF CHAMBER COVER:- Removing of existing Chamber covers with frame of various sizes and stacking of useful materials near the site and refixing the same with with two coats of synthetic enamel painting etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

CLEANING OF SEWER LINES: Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

MS GRILL TOP ON STORM WATER DRAINAGE: Providing and Fixing MS Safety grill of weighing 20 to 25 kg / sqm for windows/Openings as per design including fabricating the grillmade out of 50 x 6 mm flats, duly welded with MS flat / square bars in horizontal direction at 100 mm c/c including 50 x 6 mm MS flats / square bars, if required limiting span of horizontal MS Bars to 1.00 m to less than 1.00 m., with two coats of synthetic enamel painting etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
