Providing and laying cast in situ / Ready Mix Cement Concrete M-20 for double rim bored pile of 450 milimetre diameter each of load capacity as per design and of specified diameter of pile and bulb as directed, sunk to the required depth through all strata except rock,excluding provision of reinforcement including placing with fully automatic micro processor based Programmable Logic Controller without Supervisory Control and Data Aquisition enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer), excetra complete. Providing preconstructional antitermite treatment as per Indian Standard 6313 (Part-II) by treating the bottom surface and sides for excavation at the rate of 5 liters of emulsion concentrates of 1.0 percent of clorophyriphoas per square metre of surface area covering ten years guarantee on bond paper Item / Page No : 22 / 116 Additional Specifications : 1. The work shall be carried out as per instructions of Engineer in-charge. 2. The amount of 10 percent of the total cost of the completed item shall be retained as retention money for the full guarantee period of ten years. 3. If the use of any chemical is found banned by the Government, proper substitute chemical will be allowed to be used as per manufactures code of practice. The chemical shall be got approved from Engineer in-charge. 4.
