Item No 3:- Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M-10 of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for foundation and bedding including bailing out water, Steel centering, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required and curing complete, with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Natural Sand / Crushed sand VSI Grade finely washed etc)

Item No.4:-(A) Providing uncoursed rubble masonry of trap / granite / quartzite / gneiss stones in cement mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth of inner walls / in plinth of external walls including bailing out water manually , striking joints on un exposed faces and watering etc.complete.

Item No.4:-(B) Providing uncoursed rubble masonry of trap / granite / quartzite / gneiss stones in cement mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth of inner walls / in plinth of external walls including bailing out water manually , striking joints on un exposed faces and watering etc.complete.

Item No.5:-Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete M-20 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for coping to plinth or parapet, moulded or chamfered as per drawing or as directed including steel centering, plywood/ steel formwork compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete. The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centering will not be allowed.) With fine aggregate (Natural Sand / Crushed sand VSI Grade finely washed etc)

Item No.6:-Providing and fixing in position HYSD Steel bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps,footings, foundations, slabs, beams, columns, canopies, staircases, newels, chajjas, lintels, pardies, coping, fins, arches, etc. as per detailed

Item No.7:-Providing second class Burnt Brick masonary with conventional/1.S. type bricks in cement mortar 1:6 in foundations and plinth of inner walls/ in plinth of external walls, including bailing out water manually, stricking joints on unexposed faces, racking

Item No.8:-Providing and casting in situ. cement concrete |M-20 of trap metal for coping to plinth or parapet moulded or chamferred as per drawing or as directedby engineer-in charge, roughening the exposed faces if special finish is to be provided and curing.

Item No 9:- Providing internal cement plaster 20mm thick in a single coat, in cement mortar 1:3 without neeru finish to stone masonryand concrete members surface in all positions including scaffolding, racking out joints, providing groove at joints of stone masonry

Item No 10:- Providing flush grooved pointing with cement mortar 1:3 to stone masonry including scaffolding and curing complete

tem NO.11:-Providing and applying one coat of seal cement primer of approved manufacture and shade,including scaffolding if necessary, cleaning the surface etc. complete.

tem NO.12:-Providing and applying two coats of waterproof cement paint of approved manufacture and colour to the plastered surface, including scaffolding, preparing the surface, watering for two days etc. complete.

Item NO.13:-Providing earth work in embankment with approved materials obtained from private land including all lifts and laying in layers of 20cm to 30cm. Thickness breaking clods dressing to the required lines, curves, grade & section, normal watering and compaction with power |roller etc. complete.

Item NO.14:-Providing tra stone rubble solling in 15 to 20 cm thick layer including hand packong etc. complete.

Item No.15:- Providing and laying in-situ M 15 Grade unreinforced plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement , coarse and fine aggregate( vsI grade finely washed crushed sand) conforming to IS 383, using fine and coarse aggregates combined gradation as per Table 600-3 of MORTH Specification 2013, mixed in a batching and mixing plant non tilting mixer and Weigh batcher as per approved mix design, admixtures, transporting to site, spreading, laying with approved make paver,compacted and finished in a continuous operation, finishing to lines and grades as directed by Engineer-in-charge and curing by curing compound /by providing cement vata in cement Mortar 1:8@0.6m X 0.6m centre to centre, admeasuring 80 mm at bottom and 40 mm at top with depth of 75mm and maintaining the same throughout curing period by any other method approved by Engineer-in- charge

No.16:Providing and Fixing mat finish (of 302 grade stainless steel ) railing with vertical pipe of 38 mm top pipe of 50 mm dia. and dia at 0.60 m c/c or as horizontal required and pipes of 25 mm dia in three rows, all mm thick pipes of 2 including buffing,fabricating fixtures and including pipe base of fastening 75 mm dia above appropriate diameter and ball base of newel post of 75 mm diameter etc. complete

em No.17:- Providing and laying chequered tiles of approved quality of size 30 cm x 30 cm, confirming to corresponding 1.S. for flooring in on a bed required position laid of 1:4 cement mortar including cement float, filling joint with cement slurry cleaning curing etc. complete.

No.18:-Providing and of size and fixing 25 mm thick marble tablet description as per detailed drawings including engraving the description, filling the lead, moulded marble |1:2 cement mortar border etc. complete.
