The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface only. Providing and fixing steel frame door of angle 40 x 40 x 5 mm with 16 mm dia. mild steel bars horizontally at 10cm c/c for ventilator portion including iron hold fast for the fixing shutters including welding, painting, finishing etc. complete.
