Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.By Mechanical Means.as directed by Engineer in Charge.

BITUMNOUS CONCRETE :- Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with HIMA Grade bituminous binder like ART (Highly Modified Asphalt Binder having not less than 90°C Softening Point and not less than 90% Elastic Recovery) @ 5.4% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepeared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired 40/50 mm compacted thickness and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.Low porosity.as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desire compaction as per Technical Speccification 504.(with 3.30% of bitumen by weight of mix).as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Construction of penetration macadam over prepared base by providing a layer of compacted crushed coarse aggregate using chips spreader with alternate applications of bituminous binder and key aggregates and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506. 50 mm thick Bitumen (S-65) 60/70 - VG-30. as direct by engineer in charge

20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet Bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Binder Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant,

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A , Type B (by Paver finisher) and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.By Mechanical Means.Case - I : Type A-Bitumen (S-65) VG-30.as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.Ordinary soil. Aluminum backed flexible prismatic sheeting The “Aluminum-backed flexible prismatic (‘AFP’)” sheeting shall consist of Yellow colored flexible prismatic sheeting with non-metallic prismatic lens as Retroreflective elements and conforming to ASTM D 4956-09 Type VI specification for rebound able Retroreflective sheeting. This flexible prismatic sheeting shall be of 1ft width and laminated at the back with a 50 micron Aluminum (Al) foil with pressure sensitive adhesive and liner. Further, this flexible prismatic sheeting shall have screen printed arrow/slant line pattern in black color in a continuous roll format. Neither AFP sheeting nor the flexible prismatic sheeting used in it shall crack when slowly bent in 1 second time around a 1/8th inch mandrel after being conditioned for 24hrs at 0°C and tested as per section S2.2.2. of ASTM D 4956-09. The AFP sheeting, with the liner removed, shall be applied with a neoprene contact adhesive with a Polychloroprene as base, viscosity of 200-450 cps and solid content of 20-30%. Once applied, the edges of the product shall be sealed all around with a two-part epoxy based structural adhesive and shall be extremely resistant to peel-off. Painting two coats including primer coat after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new, plastered / concrete surfaces as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701, as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade boundary pillars/local stone of standard design as per IRC:25, fixed in position including finishing and lettering but excluding painting as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1704, as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1, as directed by Engineer in Charge.

MMGSY / PMGSY Citizen' s information Board- Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY Retro Reflective information board as per as per section1700 of MORD specifications and latest PMGSY Signage Manual / Circuler and drawing.Two ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel) sheets of 4 mm thick, of 900 mm x 750mm size fixed at top & bottom duly rivetted with MS angles of 35 x 35 x 5 mm thick M.S angle shall be welded by two vertical M.S angle of 5 mm thick to 75 mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG square tubes / 75mm Dia Pipe posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-20 grade blocks of 600mm x 600mm x 75mm, below ground level. MMGSY / PMGSY logo, letters and numerals on the ACP should be made up of Retro Reflective sheeting of Class-A / Class-B grade as per the latest MORD section 1700 specifications (Refer Circuler no. NRRDA-P013(11)/3/2019-Dir (Tech) dated 02.12.2019). Printing PMGSY Logo/MMGSY Logo/Project description on Class A or Class B type retro reflective sheeting using modern technology printing platform. The printer shall be approved by the retro reflective sheeting manufacturer and printed sign shall conform to retro reflective values as laid down in IRC 67-2012. The inks used for printing shall be eco friendly with VOC emissions complying to UL 2801 standards and specifications for the different kinds of platforms. The printed sign shall be laminated by UV protected laminate and shall carry a warranty of 5 years & 7 years for Class A and Class B sheeting respectively for traffic colors. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paints as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 (10.16). The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per the PMGSY Signage Guidelines Fig.3 and Fig.4 and as directed by Engineer-In-charge. . A warranty for 5 / 7 years for the Retro reflective sheeting for Class-A and Class-B respectively, from original manufacturer shall be submitted by contractor. Retro Reflective Class-B Sheeting.as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg each as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1301 .as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1302 I) Stone/Boulder as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Construction of toe walls for protection of slopes as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1302.5 (ii)P.C.C grade M 10.as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Laying cement concrete pipe of NP 3 class of required diameter in proper line, level and slope including , fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 etc. complete. as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supplying & Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 102 +/- 2 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorizing Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface- Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.complete.as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Metal Beam Crash Barrier -- Type - A, W : Metal Beam Crash Barrier (Providing and erecting a W "metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanized by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete. as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing white and colour washing to road side trees in 2 coats in 2 bands of white and one red band at centre of 30 cm height each including preparing the surface, cost of material, conveying etc. complete. as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing reflective fluorescent tape on old road sign board including cleaning / scraping and painting existing board etc. complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.
