Providing and fixing 30mm thick SOLID PANEL PVC INTERNAL DOOR SHUTTER consisting off rame made outof M.S. tubes o 19 gauge thickness and size of 40mm x 20 mm for stiles,top, lock and bottom rails.M.S. frame shall have acoat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture .M.S. frame shall be covered with 5mm thick heat molded PVC channel of size 30 x 100 mm formings tiles, and 5 mm thick, 125 mm wide PVC sheets for topr ail, lock rail and bottom rail one ither side, and 15mm (5mm x 3) thick ,20 mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail.
