With natural sand/V.S.I. quality Artificial Sand.

Providing cast in situ / ready mix M10 grade cement concrete for head walls of CD work / retaining walls etc. including necessary form work, compaction, finishing and curing etc.complete. (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batchmix plant (pan mixer) with SCADA with Natural / VSI standardArtificial Sand, cement 4.05 bags/cumt)

Supplying 60mm trap stone metal at the road side for metal including conveying an stacking etc. complete (50 M. lead)

Supplying 40mm trap stone metal at the road side for metal including conveying an stacking etc. complete (50 M. lead) by blasting

Supplying hard murum / Kankar at the road side including conveying and stacking complete.

Spreading O.S.size metal including sectioning complete P/I 398/5 MORT&H(5th Rev.)

Providing & constructing 50 mm thick modified penetration macadam (mpm) road surface including all materials preparing the existing road surface spreading 40 mm stone metal layer 30 % crusher broken metal + 70 % hand broken (by breaking rubble obtained by blasting) heating and spreaying the bitumen of VG-30 grade @ 1.75 kg/sqm spreading 12 mm size chips compacting with static roller having weight 8 to 10 M.T. to achive the desired degree of compaction as per techincal specification clause 506 etc complete. including picking of existing wbm surface.

Open graded premix surfaceing - Providing and laying OGC 20mm thick composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregate premix with bitumsnour binder transported to site with VTS , lead over previously prepared surface finishing to the required grade level alingment and rolling to acchive the disered compaction VG 30 bitumen, including providing and layng seal coat ceiling voides in a bitumenous using drum mix type hot mix plant mix scada paver and vibrating roller including providing and laying seal coat ceiling vides in a bituminous surface laid to the specified level and cross fall using type A seal coat but excluding prime / tack coat for bitumen 30 bulk using drum mix type Hot mix plant with SCADA, paver & vibrating Roller

Providing and fixing 200 metre stone of M 15 cement concrete of standard size and shape as per IRC design including painting numbering fixing in standard size of cement concrete 1:4:8 block including curing painting lettering etc complete

Providing and fixing R.C.C. 1:2:4 ordinary km. stones including painting numbering etc. complete for N.H./ S.H./ M.D.R. etc. as per IRC design for highway km stone and fixing in standard size C.C. 1:4:8 block etc. complete.

Providing and fixing board displaying information such as Name of work Tender cost Name of contractor work complition and liablity period etc having rectangular shape of 1.20 m x 0.90 m size made out 18 gauge (1.25 mm) thick mild steel sheet painted with one coat of zinc chromate stoving primer and two coats of enamal paint on front side and grey stove enamal on back side and border / messages / symbols etc. with approved colour shade paint complete. On M.S. angle of size 35 x35 x3 mm frame with properly cross braced M.S. angles of size 35 x35 x3 mm frame with properly cross braced M.S. angle of size 35 mm x 35mm x 3 mm duly painted including two M.S. angle iron posts of size 65 mm x 65 mm x 6mm 3.65 m long painted with alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including all fixtures etc and fixing the boards in 1:4:8 concrete block of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 75 cm including excavation refilling transportation and labour etc complete.
