Providing and applying three coats of water proof cement paint of approved manufacture and of approved colour to new plastered surfaces including scaffolding if necessary, cleaning and preparing the surface, watering for two days etc. complete. ( Item No. 35.15)

The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface only.
