Spiral Slide:- Providing and fabricating and erecting spiral slide with ISI mark G.I. Pipe the assembly constitutes of the following. (a) The sliding chute shall be made up of fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) type moulded one and shall be painted with attractive colours and shade, minimum joints shall be provided for FRP spiral slide. The design of spiral is such that the children would not fall down while sliding in rotation towards down slide. The FRP slide shall be of 6 mm thick and should be finished both side with specialty designed horizontal landing where the child is not going to got hurt. (b) Platform height 3.0mtr. of aluminum chequred plate 3 mm thick with railing shall be made up of FRP with safe railing having 20 NB GI pipe for grip, with a height of 500 mm as recommended in the international safety standards. (c) Central support pipe shall be made up of 75 NB G.I ISI mark pipe with suitable arrangement. (length 4.0 m) (d) Ladder, Railing and steps made up of 20 mm NB G.I. pipe with steps for ladder 12 Nos. (length 0.4 m) Platform support pipe shall be made of 40 mm NB G.I. pipe 2nos of (3.5 m per no) G.I. pipe with proper foundation arrangement. The sate play area shall be a minimum of 3.5mtrs x 2.8mtrs. the painting shall be of required quality and support pipe are embedded in C.C.
