Item No. 4 :- Providing and applying Two coats of wall care Putty on plastered surface and Ceiling and Walls to prepare surface even and smooth of approved make, etc complete. [As directed by Engineer in charge.] (S.S.R.I.No. 32.34)

Item No. 5 :- Providing rough cast cement plaster externally in two coats to concrete, brick or stone masonry surfaces in all positions with base coat of 12 to 15 mm thick in C.M. 1:4 and rough cast treatment 12mm thick in proportion 1:1 1/2:3 including scaffolding and fourteen days curing complete. Item No. 6 :-Providing and laying damp proof course 50 mm thick in M20 cement concrete layer and bitumen / using cement with waterproofing compound curing, formwork etc. complete. [Bd.J.2 Page No. 355] (S.S.R.I.No. 31.01)

Item No. 7 :- Providing and applying priming coat on concrete/ masonary/ Asbestos Cement plastered surfaces including scaffolding if necessary, preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required etc. complete. [As directed by Engineer Inchage] (S.S.R.I.No. 35.21)

Item No. 8 :- Providing and applying plastic emulsion paint of approved quality, colour and shade to new surface in three coats including scaffolding, preparing the surface. (excluding primer coat) etc. complete. [Bd.P.6 P.No. 414 & Pre-approval of Superintending Engineer] (S.S.R. I.No. 36.14)

Item No 9 :- Providing and applying two coats of textured synthetic paint of approved shade and quality and one coat of primer before applying textured paint including scaffolding if necessary preparing surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease dirt & other materials as required etc complete [As directed by Engineer incharge] (S.S.R.I.No. 35.24)

Item No. 10 :- Providing and fixing in position. (as per I.S.1868 / 1982) Aluminium sliding window of two tracks with rectangular pipe having overall dimension 63.50 x 38.10 x 1.02 mm at weight 0.547 kg/Rmt. and window frame bottom track section 61.85 x 31.75 x 1.20 mm at weight 0.695 kg/Rmt. Top and side track section 61.85 x 31.75 x 1.30 mm at weight 0.659 kg/Rmt. The shutter should be of bearing bottom 40 x 18 x 1.25 mm at weight 0.417 kg/Rmt. Inter locking section 40 x 18 x 1.10 mm at weight 0.469 kg/Rmt. And handle section 40 x 18 x 1.25 mm at weight 0.417 kg/Rmt. and top section 40 x 18 x 1.25 mm at weight 0.417 kg/Rmt. As per detailed drawings and as directed by Engineer in charge with all necessary Aluminium sections fixtures and fastenings such as roller bearing in nylon casting and self locking catch fitted in vertical section of shutter including 5 mm thick plain glass with all required screws & nuts etc, complete. Item No. 11 :- Providing and fixing mild steel grill work for windows, ventilators etc. 20 kg/sqm as per drawing including fixtures, necessary welding and painting with one coats of anticorrosive paint and two coats of oil painting complete. [Bd.U.1 Page No. 537] (S.S.R.I.No. 40.01)

Item No. 12 :- Excavation for roadway in earth, soil of all sorts, sand, gravel or soft murum including dressing section to the required grade, camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated materials with all lifts upto a lead of 50m. & spreading for embankment or stacking as directed. [MORTH 301] (S.S.R. I.No. 2.11 P.No. 85 )

Item No. 13 :- Providing soling using 80 mm size trap metal in 15 cm. layer including filling voids with Crushed sand/grit, ramming, watering etc. complete. [Spec.No. : As directed by Engineer incharge.] (S.S.R. I.No. 21.4 P.No. 152 )

Item No. 14 :- Providing & fixing heavy duty inter locking concrete RUBBER MOULD GLOSSY PAVING BLOCKS of 60 mm thickness of having a strength of 400 Kg/sqm of approved quality & shape on a bed of crushed sand of 25 to 30 millimeter thick including striking joints & cleaning etc. complete (using 100% crushed sand) [Bd. M12 P.No. 385] (S.S.R. I.No. 33.53)

Item No. 15 :- Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete M-15 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for coping to plinth or parapet, moulded or chamfered as per drawing or as directed including steel centering, plywood/ steel formwork compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete. The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc (Wooden centering will not be allowed) With fine aggregate (Natural Sand/Crushed sand VSI Grade finely washed etc) [Bd.E.3 P.No.288/ IS : 456 (2000)] (C.S.R.I.No. 24.16 P.No. 220)

Item No 16 :- Providing and fixing board displaying information, such as 'Name of work, Name of Contractor, Work completion and liability period etc, having rectangular shape of 0.90mx0.60m size made out G.I. sheet painted with oil paint MS angle of size 50x50x6mm frame with properly MS angles including etc & fixing the boards in C.C. M10 concrete block of size 45cmx 45cm x60cm including excavation refilling transportation & labour etc complete [As directed by Engineer in Charge] (As per rate analysis)
